    I believe this is a good warranty to have. They give you plenty of time to enjoy your purchase. I haven't had to use it but feel this is a good one for the purchase.

    I had a TV that had previously gone bad after 1 year and didn't get the Best Buy extended warranty so I was out of luck! Decided it was not going to happen again!! :)

    great offer for my new T.V. 5 year protection plan includes home service for 39.99 that's a no brainer seems most of these new T.V. s lasting appox 3 1/2 years

    Haven’t used the protection plan yet, thankfully. But even though reasonably expensive, it’s definitely beneficial if something were to happen.

    It came damaged, the screen was broken and wouldn't display a good image. They switched it quickly and the new one is great, no problems with it
