Couldn’t be any happier with this tv. Definitely the best bang for the buck fall of 2021

A Samsung QN32Q50R is a little complicated but the Samsung remote guy got the finishing touches done just fine.

They mounted my tv,and hooked everything up to my liking

I love warranties from best buy they have always honored them if I have ever had an issue. Hoping to not need it but not worried if I do need to

The process took almost four months. Initially the tv was evaluated by phone. We eventually, a couple of months later, had a repairman come to the house. We made the suggested changes, and the tv still didn't work correctly. Again the problem was diagnosed over the phone and another repairman came after the part was delivered. He saw the video we had made and found that the tv couldn't be prepared and would be exchanged.

Performance is very good, picture quality is excellent.

This is good protection for your electronics. The downside it took 2 months and 6 visits for them to use the protection. TV was still under manufacturer warranty but had to use the geek squad protection anyway.

Always covered when I purchase a tv and it has always gave me peace of mind knowing I’m covered for at least 5 years.
