Honestly, I'm not sure how to make a single review adequately capture my frustration. Purchasing a 5-year protection on a fridge seemed like a solid investment. It likely would be if a tech could actually get sent out. Our initial call for a minor repair in August 2020 yielded a no-show visit, but did include a survey request afterward asking how it went. We finally got a service call booked in October/November then saw another cancelation (honestly, I'm having a hard time keeping the dates straight at this point). Finally, an initial assessment visit occurred in November. Yay! Then we waited a few weeks for parts to come in, waiting for the call to confirm they were in. We never received a call back and had to call back to schedule install. An appointment was made to fix it, only to be told by the tech via the phone the day of the scheduled install that not all the parts were in on the day of repair. Hours on the phone trying to get resolution, fruitless discussions with phone center supervisors, a store visit (where the team told us that Geek Squad home service is a completely different business they don't manage from the store), and a call today by the tech telling us they would not be able to make the scheduled repair window because they are so overbooked. The store can't help us; the call center and service team has so disappointed. Please reach out and help resolve. No one else seem capable of doing it.

Great for the Price, colorful and rich. You can't beat the price.

My TV was delivered with NO foam/ insulation of any type in the box. The frame was bent and the scene was shattered. It it wasn't for the plastic on the screen the glass would be every where. The TV came with no manual nor remote. This was and open box EXCELLENT condition. I was given an option to return it to the store or by mail. If the store gives me an issue returning back to the store, in the mail it goes. As is.

great tv but we paid for a 43" tv what we got was a 38" tv

Thankfully so far I have not had to use my protection plan but it is great to have one in place just in case.

TV pic is good, but the sound is all treble no base. Sounds like an old cheap radio. I adjusted the settings, and it's still bad. Ok for maybe your bedroom. Definitely not your main TV.

I love that if anything happens to my TV it can be replaced!
