They do show up and keep repairing the tv but should be taken back

Having geek squad on my side for anything needed that comes is a good peace of mind

I bought the plan for my 32” Samsung tv. You never can tell if something might happen

Every product that I purchased from Best Buy has a protection plan. When my Lab top went down Geek Sqaud was there to fix in a jiffy. And the plan is affordable.

I Love geek squad protection . They try to fix it if not they give you money to buy another one . Or whatever you need to buy. I highly recommend this to my friends.

I've learned a long time ago to always purchase a warranty or service protection plan. It's a pain to pay the extra money, but saves you a migraine in repair costs in the long run.

Its great to have an umbrella of protection on yiur purchase.

I believe in having extra protection for any device.

On more expensive electronics I always purchase the geek squad protection. Hope I don't need it...but like any insurance, offers peace of mind

Geek Squad Protection made sense as I have never owned a VIZIO TV.

It's great to have insurance for something that was a bit expensive it's nice to know that if something happens that Best Buy will send some one to exchange it

The 39" HDTV is wonderful. The picture is very crisp and clear. I am very happy with it. I would recommend it highly. It was also easy to set up, so I could do it myself.

I love the protection plan because it makes me feel at ease. I know I'm protected if something were to happen.

I haven't had to use it yet personally, but I've heard good things from other people. Hopefully, I won't have to use it, but if I do, I feel confident they'll take care of the issue.

I have never had any issue with a Samsung TV, but with high tech electronics it’s better to be safe than sorry.
