Comes in handy when tv does not last. Not on hold for to long

Haven't had to use it yet but have used it in the past and never had any issue's with getting or using what they claimed

geek squad was able to get me a better deal on a tv that i had to inconveniently had to return since they werent able to fix a malfuntioning hdmi port. quick and easy. no complaints

Two years is a long time and anything can happen. It gives me peace of mind to know a valuable product is protected.

Geek squad came out diagnosed the problem and replaced the tv within it’s allotted time

They came with the TV, asked were I wanted it, poof it was up and they were cleaning up.
