    Beware buying open box!! Gave to me physically busted and had to jump through a lot of hoops and wait in person at customer service desk at store to finally get refund

    Have not any reason to use the Geek Squad Protection yet. So far the TV has been working great. However, I did have protection on another item and the guys were great to work with.
