Purchased a smart tv with amazon fire system. Would not have purchased had i known that it wouldnt allow me to watch the purchased movies on saved vudu. Amazon so money hungry they want me to repurchase the movies from them. Will look at returning the tv as its a dumb tv not smart.

I haven't used their service, but I do wish the price was lower. I think this is a bit expensive for something most people will not need to ever use.

beware if you buy this, they will give you a gift card and not a refund on your purchase. Learned this the hard way.

My LG tv went out randomly, called Geek Squad just too try and get it fixed since i purchased the protection. when its time to use it, they send a 3rd part company to check out for tv for 2 minutes, just to call you the next day to let you know they dont know what the part number is, now i have to wait for LG to get back to them, now im forced to wait up to 4 weeks in order to use my TV again! at this point id rather just buy a new and not from best buy

Tv is nice sound quality isnt that great. Ok 4 $$$

I purchased a 2 year protection plan on a tv. After 1 year, I had a service request. They came and worked on it. It still isn't fixed. This did not stop them from canceling the contract though due to it costing to much. Contracts with Best Buy and Geek squad are completely worthless.

This is the worst service ever. Save your money and shop elsewhere. They do not keep their word they do not deliver on time they do not notify you and they up charge telling you that your product is no longer available or that it’s now more expensive than when you ordered it. They do not replace the item on time and they do not call you or notify you by email to let you know. I spent an entire day off waiting

A 4 day wait for a service call is very poor service in my opinion. For a family with one TV that essentially turns off entertainment for 4 days. Why buy a Geek Squad service contract for poor service.

Terrible purchase in my opinion. They tell you what it will cover when your there in person. But I’m reality they just lie to get you to buy the protection plan. Be sure to read the fine print in the protection plan.!!

I do not think buying this is worth anyone's time. So difficult to use and so many hassles trying to return an item to utilize the protection.

When one of our screens got cracked it was not covered by this plan. The glasses I these tvs r paper thin and just a small wrong twist can break them. And it's not covered. Plan on having to purchase a whole new tv. I've had to replace two now.

I purchased the protection plan, the agent new that I was about 100 miles away and did not explain to me that if that had to come out and look at it there would be a charge just for them to come out. Will not purchase from them again

The protection plan on TVs is bull! You do not replace broken screens and it does not cover accidental damage! There’s no point in the warranty!

You buy an extended waranty unly to throw it under the bus and blame it on manufacturer. Something you were not told at the beginning

Useless. Does not cover accidental damage like cracked TV screen only if something is inherently wrong with the TV. However, doesn't the manufacturer cover that? This is useless.
