Why is Best Buy Service cost so much more than other stores that sell same items & service cost is much less?

Not happy with it. Keep $50 us to death. Had them come to hook up Eero net something to Help with streaming and internet. Guess what they can’t connect printers. My google home is not connected either. I have to wait two and a half weeks for printer person to come out now.

Have not had to use them to be able to review them

The geek squad never honored my 5 year extended warranty after the TV malfunction two years after purchasing it. The geek squad tech never showed up to the second appointment. never again with Best Buy.

Called Geek squad the same day I got my TCL tv, sidney was rude and no help. I returned it and canceled my complete order.

I know more than they do technically so this is a waste of money. Nasty attitude. They hung the phone up on me again just this week

Aweful experience best buy kept me circling for 5 months May 2024 to Sept 2024, With no one showing up on their in home appointments. Then they won't service the TV in store.

trying to get answers to what is covered is impossible waited on the phone for two and half hours on the phone and when a live person came to the phone she hung up on me in less than 4 seconds service sucks

Initial install, came back a second time to figure out a problem with the remote. They wouldn't trouble shoot over the phone, and took 1 week to schedule a visit.

Save your money, they refuse to help even though I was told impact damage was covered. Clearly the sales person has no idea what they are selling. Stay away from!!!!

Would not purchase this service goes into effect the day of purchase amd the warranty fpr tje fridge is just as long and makes this product a waate of money luckily we caught it amd the refunded our money

Warranty and Delivery - paying tax on a delivery fee and warranty is not a good business practice towards the consumer. These items are services; they are not products.

I got this for my tv, but I’m giving the review based on what happened with my laptop. Please do not buy this at all.

Don't bother getting any of these from Best Buy because they give you a big speech about if you have kids get this because we know how kids are with stuff, but when the "stuff" happened, the new speech, sorry that's not covered. Straight up liars!

Protection doesn't cover the transportation charges

When tv was delivered, we received no paperwork in regards to the 2 year extended warranty that we purchased .

VEHTECHNOLOGY AGENT CAME INSTALLED PARTS SHIPPED TO HIM BY GEEK. TV STILL WONT WORK. HARRIS WITH VEHTECHNOLOGY SENT MESSAGE TO WARRANTY CO TV NEED REPLACING ON SEPT 25.NO WORD . HONOR OUR CONTRACT?

Brought the tv down to my apartment door. BUT the issue is YOU NEED TO CALL AHEAD!!!!! DO NOT EMAIL!

It is cool to have, but watch out certain things do not apply to the service
