Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

Good value as compared to name brand warranties which are more expansive

This is the 3 TV I purchased along with the 5 year geek squad protection. I wouldn't buy a TV without it. Best Buy really does a good job.

They fix my remote when I was having problems they where great customer service

It's definitely worth getting insurance when you spend a lot of money on a tv.

The agents mounted my TV and set up everthing and provided me information.

Sound investment for high value piece of technology

Haven't had any issues but I'm aware if I do within the time period, my tv is safe.

Haven't had any issues and hopefully will not in the future glad to have it though.

I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. It may cost a little , but it may save you hastle and annoyance at a later time.

I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to purchase major electronics!!!!
