They did a great job mounting our tv , straight and level

Always get the geek squad with my electronics. Its paid for itself time and time again

I had one year left on this extended warranty which really paid off about a year ago when I returned to my summer and found my 75" Panasonic dead. The first technician who showed up was less than friendly, though in all fairness, did a good job of the initial installation, when I got my regular Geek Squad tech out to finish the job, everything worked out beautifully.

Hopefully I don’t have to use it but just in case I have it.

I buy protection plans on all of our TVs and computers and have used them on both. Best Buy doesn’t mess around and takes care of things if there is a problem. This is the only company I buy protection plans from because of this. No headaches and hassle free.

I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

If you are buying something that is electronic, you will want this for the peace of mind. I have this on all my PC's, peripherals and TV's. I have had numerous issues resolved by bringing a PC into the store and I have had an in home visit for a large printer issue. Good people, they know what they are doing and the price is right.. do this, you wont regret it.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

Date: 04-13-2024 When purchasing an expensive item (TV, other) I would get the additional extended coverage and the Best Buy Total Tech subscription so as to ensure you are covered. R. Stewart

Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. Geek Squad to the rescue. My tech Josh was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a step by step answer of how to resolve my issue. I couldn't recommend Geek Squad enough and will never go with out it again.

I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.

We needed a TV fast for New Years so we looked for Open bix desls at the store. The price was great. But I have been super pleased with the picture quality snd ease of use. Hooking up DirecTv was a breeze and I hooked up blue ray, Vcr, Atari 2600, nintendo64 and a multiple game player (Nes,sega,sense, all work great! I love the smart tv menu LG uses its very user friendly. And extras like channel plus, amszon hulu etc are great. it has the ability to wirelessly connect to your phone. Wireless network setup was a breeze. I would recommend this TV

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it
