This warranty is a must because I had to have my 4K Sony traded out after three years because the television died. But they were quick to set up the 2017 model.

70 bucks for 5 year protection on my tv. If something happens they'll come here and fix it. Or deliver a brand new one. Thank you to the employee who offered it to me.

Geek squad service is a hit or miss depending on the person who handles your case but generally it is good and to me it worth the money.

Geek squad is great it allows you to get items fixed at a discounted price they truly know what they are talking about

What's not to like? Best Buy will either fix or replace my open box LED TV, for $30 for 5 years Geek Squad protection. That's a little over 1 1/2 cents per day!

The agents replaced my product. It was my work that it to fix. So they gave me the money to put towards a new one.

The Geek Squad got me all set-up and listened to all of my questions an concerns. My rep (Darnell) was very helpful and even carried the TV out to my truck. Very cool!
