Haven't needed it, but Geek Squad has always been there and fixed the problem in the past.

Bought a plan for my last 50" TV. had issues after year one and geek squad came out and replaced the main board. year two it started giving me the same issue and was told it couldn't be repaired. Instead of giving me a comparable TV, they gave me the money back I paid for the TV. That would typically be good but I got this TV at a huge discount so I could not possibly replace it with anything comparable. I would have rather had my TV repaired or given something similar. When I purchased the plan I asked if the plan would get me something similar if it ever came to it and was told it would. I specifically asked because of the low price. Instead I had to add $500 of my own money to get something similar. Geek Squad should really provide more options when fulfilling their plans.

Have not used them yet. My tv has not broken down yet, but if it did i know they would help me out.

Geek Squad service is a must on every appliance you get. Good service when you really need it.

Beat protection plan and customer service hands. You'd be a fool not to get the plans.

We always purchase the protection plan. We have had the need to use it in the past on other purchases and it's a great plan to have!!

Never mad that I got it. I didn't understand at first but there are different types of warranties. Just make sure you know the difference!

I haven't used this on my tv I purchased but used it for my laptop and geek squad is pretty reliable

They do good at helping with ur electronics, they fixed every problem I have had.

I recommend getting the 5 year warranty on your tvs. I got my old tv replaced by a brand new one.

I always take care of all my gadgets but accidents may happen anytime. I'm not worrying on it because of this insurance... keep it up!
