This plan is great to have in case your equipment starts to fail and they are always ready to help!

This is an absolute necessity. Not because something will be wrong with the TV but because it's so cheap it's well worth the buy.

I had the two year plan! Although I never had to use the service, I constantly got emails from Geek Squad checking up on me.

I had to get my main board replaced on the TV and they were able to come to my house and replace it. Very nice that I didn't have to lug that TV back to the Store!

Geek squad is an amazing service at best buy. And because of it, I'd rather buy my electronics at no other place there here.

Product is okay. TV worked fine for a few weeks, but then the sound started to deteriorate. It would either be warbled ( lower quality) or the audio would not match up with the image by a few seconds, causing me to have to do a software reset of the television. Simply turning it on and off did not fix the issues. I invested in a sound bar, and hopwfully that fixes the issue. Otherwise I will be exchanging the TV.
