Always get the warranty people, never had a problem with it

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

The extended warranty on my TV is a great value thankfully I haven't had to use it but it's nice to know it's there in case I do.

You can never have enough insurance. Always get the 2 or more years insurance options. Warranties last only a year, mostly. Anything man-made is bound to be fallible.

Can't beat this value. The customer service Best Buy provides is great and the help they provide is also class S tier.
