The technician knew exactly what to do. He was fast. It was rainy the day he came and he put shoe booties on to prevent any mess in my house. He was also very courteous.

Still hard to navigate sometimes. Apple TV box is not compatible with all of the button functions on the Harmony.

I would have had a hard time programming the remote myself...and it would have taken me quite awhile. The techs came in and got everything done super fast.

Geek Squad tech programmed our Harmony remote to recognize a new TV, receiver, and blu-ray player. Well worth the cost.

A few days after the technician checked out my system and made some slight adjustments, my VCR wouldn’t play on the system. This happened once before when Geek came at another time, but that was the record player that would not work through it. I paid a good deal of money for this system and it’s frustrating that it doesn’t work like it should.
