A Geek Squad Agent will program your new learning remote control (such as a Logitech Harmony or Savant remote) for easy operation of your TV and home theater components. Perform commands like Watch a DVD or Listen to Music with the push of a single button.* This service takes about a half hour to complete.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. Before we begin

When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

Programming your new remote

We'll set up a user ID and password for online use (if applicable) and program the remote for up to 8 devices and 6 activities.

Making sure everything works

We'll test the remote control to ensure all devices are working properly and demonstrate how to use your newly programmed remote.

*This service requires a working high-speed Internet connection, as well as a PC or Mac, and does not include setup of audio or video components. Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas.
