Geek Squad spent about 10 minutes programming my remote. It wouldn't taken me several hours and multiple calls to customer service.

Have called the Geek Squad on several occasions to troubleshoot our home theater and computer systems. Max has always resolved our system issues

Geek Squad programmed it so I can Watch a Movie, Watch TV, Listen to music, etc, with one button. Pretty much eliminates confusion about input, source, etc., etc.

Geek spent several hours reinstalling receiver and balanced speakers. Worth cost of having Geek Squad having to install after many hours trying to self install.
