Very disappointed with Best Buy for selling a product that can’t be installed! Geek sq USF did all they could possibly do to natal with no success. When I revisited store manager was helpful to find a product that we hope will work! But we will have to wait again over 2 weeks to see if this will work...we’re going into 2 months now

Great guy- he not only programmed our remote but gave us all sorts of help and tips about the receiver and TV we just bought.

The remote control works to a fair degree but we are disappointed in its functionality as it doesn't work easily for us. You must stand up and point exactly right over the soundbar to get it to work. The function between cable and smart TV is clunky to go back and forth with and sometimes it just doesn't seem to work at all. We needed more instruction on this or a check back phone call later to see if we have questions, which we do.

I am pleased with the RF function versus AR. I also like the Alexa integration and using the remote app on my phone.

Cameron did a great job programming my Logitech Harmony. I no longer have to juggle as many remotes to use my cable/DVD/music systems.

your team was great they programmed the remote which i hate set up tv very courteous . the remote is lousy it is not there fault it is the product itself.

They do TV,Computers, 3 of them all, sound Bar, connected, up graded Controller etc etc. Will Keep these guys!
