Knew exactly how it needed to tune and program remote. Used my laptop in case they have to return. They were fast and efficient. It works perfectly!

Over several repeated visits at house and in store, these technical service people listen carefully and have solved problems.

The Geek squad tech solved the problem, but took longer than I anticipated. He did discover a hardware problem for which I am grateful.

I love this remote control. It allows me to hide my equipment in a cabinet and yet be able to use the remote to turn it on and turn it off.

Excellent Product, the Technician was very knowledgeable in setting up the Remote, and explaining the procedure.

This remote works perfectly fine. Having said that and after using it for a few weeks, I find that the buttons are small and you can't just hold it in your hand and navigate the buttons (they're small and close together) like our prior remote. Also, the letters are already wearing off the buttons which makes matters worse. It's an ok remote but I think a remote with larger buttons that are arranged better is much easier to use in the long run.
