    Failed to come to house earlier In order to program universe remote. Now another delay for one month. Also failed to advise for port for Sonos. Again delayed. No followup

    Geek Squad was very friendly and courteous, however, they quickly programed the remote and as quickly, gave instructions. Did not leave me with any thing but the remote, nothing to refer to. Seemed very knowledgeable as they tweaked a few other things for me.
