It was not compatible to my DVD Player, so he showed me an interface device that I will obtain. The agent also programmed the universal remote control that we purchased & PATIENTLY educated my wife & me on using it -- I emphasize patiently because he truly was patient with us and with our unending questions. The guy did a fabulous job.
