I Bought this computer for oculus rift and works great.

I purchased this computer for gaming. It played well until I went to update the bios. The bios failed in its update. This resulted in bricking the computer. Perhaps I will try a gaming console instead.

For all the hype I literally thought this was going to be the computer to end all others. This is really just a jacked up truck that looks nice but I have to work on it all the time.

Comes with baseline MB and PSU; one stick of Ram. Literal dirt components for the price point but the GPU and CPU are really nice

We have had this unit for about 14 months now and it has gone into repair twice for a total of 8 weeks. The first repair caused issues requiring a second repair. For a system costing over $1,000 this is unacceptable therefore I would not recommend this system to anyone and if you do purchase atleast get the warranty coverage because you will need it, Even then expect the warranty repair to be slow and tedious.

Granted, this product was an open box, so shame on me for not walking away immediately. I purchased this product along with the Geek Squad support for one year. I had a larger second hard drive installed by a trusted IT professional. Things were great for a day or so but then the computer would randomly shut down, always when I had walked away for some time. At first I thought it was just restarting for updates but when looking deeper I saw in the Event Viewer that read that the system had restarted without cleanly shutting down and that it could be caused if system had stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. I called Geek Squad online and they attempted to trouble shoot it, nothing was solved. A few days later I took it into the store where I purchased it and they said they could find no problem, that the issue had not occurred while they had it. Did they think I would not check the Event Viewer? The problem had occurred again, they just don't know fix anything other than running their canned diagnostic repairs. I was told that I could not return the computer because I had made changes to it. I am basically stuck, and either have to spend more money to have the problem fixed or suffer.

I was disappointed with Alienware since is very expensive and is not fast anought I was trying used this computer for video editing but was very slow for rendering and also very slow on after effects and adobe premiere I won’t recomend it. For games is ok

I loved everything about this desktop until the system keep crashing every 20 minutes and nothing works but to push power button to restart. Even alt+ctr+delete doesnt work when it freezes. I might have gotten a defect one so I just returned it the next day.

Literally it sounds like a jet engine. I took mine back. It worked fast, but the noise... it sounded and felt like it would fly off my desk.
