was looking for a gaming computer and researched alot online before I picked this one. It has a fast response time and plays games very well. Also, I didn't know that Alienware is made by Dell. Anyways, very happy to own this PC and plan to have many years to come with it.

I thought I would be getting a great machine as it has an i7 6700 16 gb of ram, and the gtx 1070... I was wrong. Ever since the first day I bought it, it randomly crashed with a blue screen. This happened at least once a day. I brought it in to geeksquad to have them fix it, I had the warranty so it cost nothing. I had to wait 4 days, I thought it was fixed when I got it back, but the next day it crashed with the same error. On top of that, games that I was running at 170fps on highest settings are now running at 2-20 fps when they are on low settings. Geeksquad messed my computer up even more and I don't know what they did. Also, now for some reason some of my folders in games are restricted even though I am the admin of the computer. Some settings messed up there. I saved up for 2 years to buy a gaming computer, for $1400 this is not what I would expect.... I was hoping my first computer would be awesome. I wanted to return it because it had more errors after they "repaired" it. They said I couldn't because they had already done work on it. Then they said I could trade it in, they offered me $150. Shouldn't the warranty cover my computer so that if it doesn't work how it is supposed to, it should be fixed? Or at least let me get my money back. My only option now is to bring it back to geeksquad.

This pc is awesome. I can run all my games on max settings(BF1,Overwatch,Rome 2,ESO) and still run 60+ frames a second Overwatch I can hit 100+ frames. The SSD is great, loads my games super fast.

This machine is powerful, and great for VR. That is, when it works... Four days after I bought it it wouldn't turn on. I'm returning it today. You pay for great hardware (video card, ram, SSD), and a lot of cheap parts in-between. The Nvidia 1070 is epic (hence the extra star).
