I just wanted a fast computer and the ability to put at least 4 monitors without installing anything else. This did the trick for me. There were cheaper options, but none that were ready to go with all the specs I wanted.

We need a system that would support awesome graphics. This system had what we needed with the Nvidia graphics card. The first system we bought didn't work, so we took it back to BestBuy and they replaced with a new system that worked as expected.

This box performed fantastic right out of the box (tested w/ Ocutuls RFIT), no modifications required! However, if needed, it has the flexibility to be reconfigured in a flash. Best buy for the buck and I looked over machine in this price range.

I have had a lot of brands of computers and this is by far the best one for gaming . We play World of Warcraft mainly and we do not get the lag or disconnects as we have with with the other systems we have owned . I Highly recommend this .

Ok the reason I gave it 3 stars is that the first unit I got, the power supply fan stopped working and the computer kept over heating. The second unit Best Buy gave me 15 days later as a free replacement had a strange hum... Turns out it was one of the tags on the wires going to the top fan was buzzing on the fan, it took me about a minute to troubleshoot and I fixed it myself. You'd think for a pretty high dollar gaming computer they would've known the fan buzz, The ps fan I can understand but there was no denying this came from the factory like that.

I got this for only 1.2k... and i was quite afraid of a few things. Boy am I happy to be completely wrong. This thing makes zero noise! It has ran everything I have thrown at it on ULTRA, at 2560x1920 RES, and I am having a blast!

I am very pleased with this computer load time is little to none I impressed with all the custom options given through the controls of the pc such as lighting options, fan control , etc not a bad graphics card I may add

I did my research on this product before I purchase It worked great for a day the first one I bought. After two days the PC stopped showing me my harddrives for Some reason I know it is in there but not showing/reading it. Then under frustration and a shock I went in to bestbuy andreturned it. And got me a another one in stock. And now this second one works really well. And it really fast with triple monitor with one of the monitor being a 40" 4K display also two 20" dell monitor. GOOD THAT I GOT THE BESYBUY WARRANTY. I am really enjoying my new PC. So far it good It works perfect. I would give it 5 but the first returned messed it up.

I had thought I seen it all. This computer has completed our lives. It is an excellent product and with out fail it runs everything without hesitation and has brought nothing but joy and happiness to my family!

I needed a new machine and did quite a bit of research before buying this machine. I saw a lot of people complaining about the fan noise. I to this day have not seen this issue. I run mine under the desk and have an Oculus Rift and three Dell 23" monitors hooked up to it. I have close to 100 hours of games on it so far and have not had the helicopter fan noise. Seems like this might be an older issue or maybe I got lucky. I highly recommend it despite its lack of water cooling (I'm not a huge fan of ). The installed GTX1070 does well on my dell 23" running 1920 I get about an average 89 FPS on Rise of the Tomb Raider, and about 45FPS when running 5800 (5760 adjusted for bezels), that's with everything set to Ultra.

Very impressed with the help from the store near Tucson Mall. It took me 10 minutes to hook up the Alienware Computer I purchased and was ready to play on Steam. Graphics is Outstanding and I like Windows 10.

This computer works amazing for my son's gaming . It was well worth the money.I would recommend it to any one. He has several games installed that he plays that use a lot of memory and it's no problem.

I wanted a powerful gaming PC without the hassle of building it. This came in above and beyond my expectations, and was a very reasonable price point. Definitely would recommend.

I will not buy anything other than Alienware when it comes to gaming computers. This Aurora R5 is by far the best one I've owned. If you play games on your PC, this is the one to get.

I wanted to own an Alienware set. I am satisfied. SSD plus Hard Drive and 16gb ram is a good combo. Ready to use. Very quiet and fast. I have not yet tested high video settings.

Had been looking for a new computer for a while. This one exceeds my expectations, it is fast my video games play full speed and the 1070 video allows max resolution. Good job

great computer, fast response time and great graphics has i-7 processor and GTX 1070 graphics card looked around and compared around but found this one and very happy

Excellent value for the money. I bought this computer and had a hard drive I wanted to use in it. No problem! It was easy to swap it out. Decided to get another drive and this computer had two racks fort he 2.5 inch drives, and no problem. All it took was a couple of minutes and it was in. Overall, its nicely laid out, easy to open, easy to add onto, great specs "feels" like quality and I have no complaints.

Bought for our 14 year old. He loves this computer. He is a gamer and does online school too so this meets a dual purpose. He is thrilled with speed and quality.
