This Alienware PC is an excellent value for a gaming PC. While the components are not all top level, it has a great balance of features that allow all the games we play (such as Guild Wars 2 and No Man's Sky) to run at max settings with very good frame rates. Set up was very easy and there have been no issues since we got it over a month ago.

Runs great and very fast for all games I've tried.

I don’t use my computer for gameplay but use multiple art programs at a time while streaming video and music. Handles pretty well, a few bugs but convinced it’s windows 10 and not the system. Starts up lightning fast and can sleep for days with easy waking.

At the time when I purchased this model it was at top end model. Now there are 6 to 32 core units. However, this is still a viable unit. I run 3 monitors and every game I play on the highest settings with no lag. Coupled with FiOS it's a contender. Great price great Gaming PC.

Bought this for my son for Christmas, plus a vive VR and a bunch of other stuff I know little about. Hooked up the new curved monitor and Alienware PC and got it registered and installed office, norton, Firefox , minecraft, and was up and running. Went to install the vive VR which consists of several sensors, controllers and adapters.......so to say the least I had a very crowded power strip. Needed to make room for everything so I had to slide a few power wires over....located the power supply box and assumed it was for the Alienware PC so I made sure not to unplug it. Moved everything else tight in the power strip to make full use of it. Well, power supply was for the fancy curved monitor and the Alienware Pc doesn't have a power supply, the wire just goes direct to the back. Killed the computer. Killed it dead. Would power on for a second and then nothing. Dead. Very unhappy 13 year old at this point. Tried a few things with no luck. Button on the back would activate the fans but that was it. Called Dell and explained the situation and they said I ruined the computer and it wouldn't be covered by the warranty, I had myself a $1500 paperweight. Merry Christmas!!!! Luckily I bought the $389 three year geek squad plan and they totally saved me. Took about 2 weeks to get the motherboard and internal power supply replaced but we should have it back tomorrow. I will never buy another Dell computer. Never. Never again. I know it was my fault but at least offer me some options. I would have shelled out a couple hundred just because it was my fault but absolutely no help, advise, parts were offered. Nothing---tough luck buddy. It's brand new and Christmas for gods sake. Thanks for nothing Dell! Geek squad is awesome - I owe those guys big time

Bought comp,tv,and vr system got fantastic service from associates in choosing system, advice in hookups and best peripherals for chosen system, Alienware comp, large screen tv for screen, from system and hook up slots, best keyboard and mouse for gaming etc...

This was a clearance purchase, but when you consider the components compared to what it cost to build yourself, this computer was a good deal. It is also very quiet. Plus the led lights are cool.

Pc runs hot and cooling fans are loud. Can hear fans through a good gaming headset. All games were playable at max graphics settings
