AirPort Extreme works awesome and has great range. We never have any problems with wifi in our house.

I will recommend this product for any home or office use because it has great connectivity and reaches long distances.

As I write this in early 2017, Apple has not updated its networking hardware in a few years, which means this is a dinosaur. That said, it is an easy-to-configure, easy-to-use, easy-to-troubleshoot home networking hub. It works out of the box and looks great doing it. There are better systems on the market today, but if you appreciate Apple’s “it just works” technology and don’t need the newest bells and whistles, this is a nice way to go.

I bought this to replace a terrible netgear router. Set up couldn't have been easier, plug it into cable modem and plug in power cord. Presto, you got Internet. Couldn't be easier to use or maintain. You pay a lot for the Apple name, however. I have a mix of PCs iOS devices and other Wi-Fi devices, And they all seem to work with it just fine. Only seems to set up one 54 GHz network, however. I like to have two different networks, one for 24 GHz and one for 54 GHz. Wish the PC software app had a few more settings and control options. But all along, I couldn't be more pleased. And most importantly, unlike the poor Netgear router, it never drops my Internet connection.

First of all, I'm not an apple loyalist. We have a fairly large house and the old one wouldn't reach everywhere so I decided to go a completely different direction with with apple stuff as I have no experience with their networking equipment. Got a time capsule and a base station. Like their other products the set up is where the value is, so easy a chimpanzee could do it. Plug it in and it works-like most other things should.

This airport was easy to install and very fast & powerful. I have had such awesome results with Apple/Mac products.

I never thought this would be as good as it is, but the speed is awesome and it was so easy to set up.

I bought this router to replace my very old Linksys router, I didn't want to spend this much, but I have a Mac so I guess I kinda expected it. Installation was a breeze and after it was installed, my internet speed went from 12Mbps to 28 Mbps. Since my ISP provider upgrade, I can hit speeds of 60 Mbps with two teenagers with laptops and my Mac. It is a superb piece of equipment.

Glad we bought this apple product. It brought our speed up instantly And by a significant amount. Set up was easy!

We were a little nervous about setting up a router as we've never done that before. Literally it took us 1 minute for the router to set itself up. We pretty much use it daily with apple products, but my mom stops over every once and a while and it connects fine to her older PC laptop too. A little pricey, but Best Buy price matched it with an online company and we save $20.

Works great with all wifi devices. Used with another extreme to make a mess network with high speeds.

My recently purchased Belkin N600 modem couldn't hold the strength of wifi signal only after 3 months. I had heard a lot about airport extreme, but never really thought of spending that kind of money. Installed within 3 minutes and got going with absolutely fast wifi (89 MBPS 2 flows down). an wonderful addition to my wifi network at home. Highly recomment,

It works better than I thought. It's okay to be an apple person when the product works. Don't waste time renting from cox, Comcast or centurylink. Buy your own modem and add an extreme to it.

I needed a faster WiFi for a larger house to cover more square footage. Picks up the signal in every part of the house.

This router has great coverage and great speed, only drawback is it doesn’t have WPS set up

Works awesome with apple products but not with Microsoft Xbox
