I chose this product to establish an extended WiFi network for a small law firm. The Apple - AirPort Extreme Wireless Base Stations, I purchased two, use the latest technology have a newly reconfigured antenna system and easily extended a network plagued by having an elevator blocking the signal from one side of the office to the other. We get maximum signal strength throughout the office. The system can be managed from our Windows Peer to Peer network or from my MacBook Pro.

This was a replacement for an outdated router. Easy to set up and no dead spots. Fast downloads and video is SUPER!!!

It has really great range and also very easy to set up and use. Can even do it with your iPhone or iPad.

changing from DD-WRT to an airport extreme.. wow it's limited on what it can do. Syslog is in there, but haven't found netflow yet. and opendns support isn't there. recommendation would be limited to people who don't need to customize. I use with other apple airport express APs to extend coverage... roaming is sluggish.

I needed something that would handle the increase of wireless items I have accumulated. It works great. I never have any lapses or drops in service and it so far seems to be a great investment.

This item is great! It helped to improve the distance, speed, and bed amount of devices my home network could carry.

I was looking to increase the wifi area around my house and this did the trick. I receive the signal in the backyard now, where I hadn't before. There are better ones out there but you will pay twice as much for them.

For awhile my internet steaming was slow and choppy. After all of the troubleshooting I finally accepted the salesperson's recommendation to upgrade my router. That did the trick. Not only did my WiFi and internet streaming improve100% throughout my house, it was very easy to set up. Pretty much all I did was connect, plug in, and establish a password.

Overall happy with the router. Its dummy proof to setup no troubles and is pretty fast. Apple makes another winner.

The Apple Extreme is a great wifi device. I have an extended range and signal strength over previous products.

You can't go wrong with the latest AirPort Extreme. It has 6 antennas in it, does dual band, and has wireless AC. I wouldn't recommend it for a home with more than 40 active IP addresses.

Wanted the best of the best and that's what I got. Design looks good and it works great. Smooth, simple, and sleek.

I have a small house but coverage is good, it solved my streaming buffering issues. It was very easy to setup, took very little time. Has a smal foot print making it easy to find a place to set it up.

this was by far the best wireless router we have ever had. it is supplying us with all the access we could use. many are online here at times and we have had a fantastic response in usabillity

The Apple extreme is awesome the setup to get it going is simple all you need is an iPhone and the instructions are very easy to understand, once I hooked it all up I experienced very fast speed and no lag

I've had an older version of the Airport Extreme for several years, and it had worked reliably. When it started to flake out, I researched options from a number of vendors before finally coming back to the Airport Extreme. I pulled the trigger, and I am not disappointed. I now have the same reliability with updated tech (and performance). I'm getting amazing wireless speeds throughout most of my home.
