A simple to set up and reliable router and Wi Fi unit.

The router was extremely easy to setup both a private and guest network. The wireless AC is blazing fast and takes advantage of every bit of my available bandwidth for multiple devices. I was also able to link a non-wireless capable printer to the device and allow for remote printing. Setup and management is intuitive and easy to change using the app.

OK, decided to go all apple recently. Apple TV, iPhones, and now the network... 'cause the linksys pooped out. It was a calm, but cold night when the old cisco started not working... but that is another story. OK, put this router in the same location, same hookups, everything the same (well... new router of course) - AND THE VERDICT IS: Hey, it works. Very good signal strength in the house, fast speeds both wired and less. No problems yet, and don't expect any. So, this puppy gets the highest rating I will give anything. Now just need the Mac, iPads, and Macbook... more reviews to follow.

Love it. I took my older airport extreme I had to my office thats next door to my house and used it to extend the network. works flawlessly.

Had a nine year old apple router and got this one for better speed and range and it did what i expected.Also the transition from the old one to the new was seamless all my devices connected to the new one no need for imputing passwords or redoing my network, just transitioned to the new one through the airport utility app on my iPhone.

Everything else out there is garbage. Couldn't believe how easy it was to set up, and the range is great. I'm very anti Net Gear these days

Was very easy to set up. Works way better than our previous WIFI router.

It's expensive but worth it. We had all kinds of wifi problems with our previous router. This fixed all our issues, was super easy to set up, and now we are seeing wifi speeds that are just as fast as if we were physically plugged into our internet modem (over 60mbps!). Also, I love that I can now wirelessly access my external hard drive for backups and other things.

My wireless speed is not great, but with the AirPort Extreme I can stream videos much faster and everything loads more quickly and efficiently.

The Airport Extreme wasn't my first choice. After talking to the Apple salesman at Best Buy I thought I'd give it a try, and I'm glad I did. My old router had trouble reaching the outer reaches of my home. I would go upstairs in my bedroom and the wi fi signal would be lost. Now with the Airport Extreme the signal is as strong upstairs as it is sitting right next to it.
