This is a fantastic modem regardless of the platform you are on. This Apple modem has the latest in high speed wireless technology and simply never fails. My former modem was also an Airport Extreme modem and lasted me 12 years. The only reason I bought a new Airport was to take advantage of the latest high speed wireless abilities.

I work in the IT field and have experience with a ton of different routers. For any consumer, this is extremely easy to set up. I have all windows devices in my home with iphones. I was able to set up the Airport through my phone. Works great with my other PC's and gaming consoles. Would absolutely recommend this device.

Router was easy to setup and the wireless has great signal strength

The wifi is strong and the look is sleek. I wanted one to go with my Time Capsule so I could extend my wifi since it was being kept in a back room. You have to use all Apple products to extend wifi. Last, I heard that Apple was discontinuing production of routers, and I wanted to grab one of these before they stop making them.

I used to buy new router once a while because problem. Since, I got the Airport Time capsule (4 years ago) never lose connection once. This Airport extreme I got as a extender, because I just got a big house. and I want the wifi cover all my new house and outside.

Overall very happy now that it's set up properly but there should be an insert to tell people to put v6 channel on local only (not automatic) and to Chang the 2.5 gig channel to 9 instead of 6. Once I read all reviews on problems with losing connections after 2 weeks, that fixed it.

We run a great deal of apple products at the house so this router makes great sense since it is easily managed by the Apple Ecosystem. It does play nice with all other wifi devices as well. I use 2 of these bridged to create a seamless wifi around the house. No connection issues. Reliable speeds.

I stopped to ask a question of an associate because I was concerned that it would cover both floors of my home. The associate tried to steer me away from this product. However, I went back to reviews to get the answer since the associate couldn't tell me. I trusted the reviews and am so glad I did. This is a great product.

Compared to other routers, I debated if this was worth the investment. Performance has proven that it was. Very easy setup and no buffering issues!

With the addition of the Airport Extreme, the distance of our wifi connection allows us to connect while we also enjoy outdoors.

Increased signal for Netflix. Works Great, Easy set up

Paid retail, a little expensive compared to other WIFI peripherals in the market. But since I have an Apple ecosystem in my home it just made sense to buy this for the Wireless A/C which will connect my MacBook Pro Retina and iPad Air tablet. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has the hardware to take advantage of the faster A/C connection.

Super easy to set up, work great with any Mac and Linux machine on the network, very strong range, would be close to perfect if would have one or two more USB Ports.
