If you're wondering if the new apple extreme base station will do more for your home network, the answer is undoubtedly YES. I had to replace my old one and grabbed this and it's faster and reaches further throughout the home. My wifi would't work upstairs - now it does with no problems.

The airport extreme works great! It handles constant streaming on 2 different gaming systems as well as 2 laptops and 2 phones with no problem and without slowing down the Internet speed.

My previous modem/router combo would maybe push 50 Mbps down/10 Mbps up max and was starting to malfunction, so I upgraded to a solo modem with the AirPort Extreme router base. After multiple tests, I reached 125 Mbps down/12 Mbps up max with an average of 110 down/ 10 up.

We use many different wireless items and the different bandwidths handles them all extremely well.

Great all around performance apple router that has enhanced the speed of data to my machine.

This is a great product that has improved out coming weave immensely in the house.

My Wifi from Xfinity was constantly dropping with thier 2 in 1 router and even after I bought a Linksys. But this thing has been stellar. Well worth the money and cost. Reaches the house better than the Linksys with directional attenae.

Allows me to have a much greater range throughout my home. Also the new wireless protocol makes it faster then any other portal. Also being able to hook a disk up to it and allow every MAC in the house to back up via time machine wirelessly is a great help when the kids mess up something

The transition from an earlier Apple Airport Extreme went like a breeze with all the MAC address labels transferred without any problems. The range is greater than its predecessor; the router is in a corner of a ~ 3300 sqft home on the first floor and I now have good signal throughout the house.

I tried many routers of different brands and prices! Apple's router is the best ever, it never fails, i don't need to reset it all the time like other ones! MOST RELIABLE, works flawless and delivers highest quality possible

It was easy to set up only took 5 mins. The range is pretty good can connect to network outside of house about 10-15 feet away.

This product has enhanced the distance I can go and still use my wireless products. My children have also been impressed with being able to not only us in the house but also by the lake. I would recommend this product to family and friends. The price was very much in line with my expectations.

A friend of mine has this and let me tell you, it's great! Simple to use and set up. You do need the modem from wherever you're internet provider has, or you can purchase one from Best Buy. Set up took about 10 mins from the unboxing to putting the password in.

I have owned my MAC for nearly five years and have never owned a MAC router. It set up easily and quickly. It's appearance is state of the art, and clearly looks like it's a member of the MAC family. Have not had any problems with the product since I purchased it and do not anticipate any.

Well worth the investment. Covers ~2500 square feet of my house from with very strong coverage the main box with a lot of walls; second AirPort Extreme unit easily networks with the main to extend the network and cover the rest of the house.

Simply plugged it in, made some minor setting adjustments, and it works. Not much else to say...

Have not had any problems with connecting to Wifi at all.
