Made a big difference in mac-centric home network
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over the last few years I've converted our home to multiple apple products including iphones, apple tv, imac, etc. It might just be coincidence but finally upgrading our router from a few year old netgear to the airport produced an immediate difference not only in connection speeds, but also when it came to things like airplay stability and quality. if you use apple products, i'd recommend this for compatibility reasons. It's absolutely simple to setup and install as well.

Learned this was due to the chicken wire used in the plaster wall construction circa 1952. Used my older airport as an extender and now get an excellent signal!
