The AirPort Extreme took about 5 minutes to set up and is very powerful and reliable. I'm not tech savvy, so this was a pleasure. The wireless coverage throughout the house has improved. I would recommend the AirPort Extreme to anyone wanting to improve their router performance.

Sometimes I have found if we have more than 7 or 8 devices connected trying to run at the same time it slows a slight bit, but for the most part it's a wonderful purchase!

Excellent, but not so easy to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When my Apple Airport, which had done well for almost 10 years finally started allowing my own network to fall off and hooking up to my neighbors', I went to BestBuy to look for a "more robust" replacement. At the recommendation of a salesman, I brought home the Airport Extreme. Instructions for installing seemed simple, but they simply did not work. A lot of frustration. It wasn't until I removed the Airport completely from the area, that the Extreme decided to take up the work and make my home network function. Since that time it has functioned well and I suspect my neighbors are happy that we are not vampire-ing any longer.
