My 2007 AirPort Extreme still operates, but it was getting sluggish and couldn't handle all our devices that were pulling on it, so I switched it out with the new AirPort Extreme and we are on the fast track once again!

I bought this device, because the router provided by my cable company had mediocre wireless coverage. I disabled the cable company's wifi and used this one instead and have since had great coverage.

This router is great, I get signal throughout the house without any problem also all my apple devices get the full 100 download speed over wifi. It probably can get more download speeds but that's what I have with timewarner and I don't need more then that

This router is quite simply the best at what it does. The User interface is not some overcomplicated mess, and the throughput it provides is on par with routers that are twice as much cost wise. Apple has delivered a high quality product just like always.

I was just using the cable provider modem/wireless. I decided to drop my cable TV and go streaming and it was pretty lethargic. I bought this AP and the difference is incredible. Very happy with my purchase, it has made a big difference in streaming TV.

I am very happy with this. I installed without issues. My last router dropped and froze all the time. This one no problems. I had family visiting so we had at least 12 devices (I'm sure more) on at the same time. No one had an issue. I'm late getting on the bus but I'm 100% apple.

This airport extreme works great! It extended my wi-fi, which wouldn't reach from the front door to the back door. Now I can be on wifi in my back yard! And since we are a household with several Apple electronics, the extended wifi-ac reaches farther and is faster. Love it!

Read the Apple sales literature carefully, this product requires a MAC to act as a print server. I ended up taking this back and getting a Lantronix XprintServer - same cost as the Airport and totally plug and play using my wired and wireless network. I have 2 Ethernet connected network printers and a USB connected printer came up with no effort. No drivers or Apps needed for the IPad or IPhone and the Lantronix device has good support for many different printers as well.

It seems to be working fine. i Wouldn't pay that much again when there are plenty of other products out there that work just as good. They got my wife.

I needed to get better wifi signal in my home. My Signal was not reaching my kitchen where I needed it very spotty. I added the AirPort Extreme by just plugging into my current modem and there we have it all set and great signal...this device did exactly what it's intended to do.

I do have a high speed fiber network and this sends a strong WiFi signal across all floors of my home. No dead spots and it’s tucked into a corner on 2nd floor. Basement,2,3 and 4 all get a good signal. Nice hassle free unit.

Replaces an asus router that went bad in only 4 months and was a big pain trying to get it fixed under warranty. Gave up and bought this router. Has been great bus far. Have been able to use the old asus router as a repeater (that part seems to still work so must be a bad port)

Set it up as an extender to my other Airport Extreme. Super easy to setup. But the cost seems a bit high.

I have way too many Apple products, but they all work so well together! I haven't had to reset the modem, the only problem for me was setting it up. That got cleared up when I called Apple and they helped walk me through it. We only had to reset it, but it was still a hassle.

I replaced a Dlink that was always giving problems going off line. My VOIP phone had problems. "plug and play" should be the label for this Wi-fi attachment. I plugged it in and in ten minutes was on line and have not had an off line problem since. VOIP reception is great!!!!

Provides good area coverage. Easy to install. Good connection speed. Would recommend for the technologically challenged!

I think it's a great product, works well for what and where I'm useing it. I will be buying two more.

Have terrible TWC for Internet service. Tried several other products to increase wifi reception. AirPort Extreme has been the best solution to have consistent connection in areas where didn't before.

Other than countless issues with Comcast and their not putting my account in to bridge mode and dealing with countless drops in Internet service. Apple support was great and helped in bypassing Comcast issues. Now I have great, fast household coverage.

Much better Wifi broadcast signal. I should have upgraded to this Air Port a lot sooner and moved my older Time Capsule -- still great for backing up -- to a second floor room as a signal extender. Now we have strong signal in EVERY room of the house.
