We have the Apple TV and use netflix. With our old router it cause the show we were watching to constantly stop & have to reboot. This one allows the movie to play seemlessly once it starts. The only drawback is it takes much longer to first start the movie. Still it's less than a minute so it's not a huge deal. Pretty happy with the purchase so far.

I am glad I was able to get this router. It’s too bad Apple stoped making them because they are a snap to set up and syncs with your other Apple devices.

Easy to set up, haven't tested parameters of Wi-Fi

This router just flat out gets it done, where all other routers lack in signal coverage, this router excels. I have a 2800 sq ft single story home and i get full bars anywhere throughout my home.

I have a residential gateway provided by a cable company. However, it is quite dated and only offers WiFi standard through 802.11g. I purchased the Apple Extreme and couldn't be more pleased. I am getting significantly better download/upload speeds throughout and happy with the dual band. I tried a range extender prior, but that did not work as well.

Overall it was easy to install and is perfect for all my devices.

As always, I would expect an apple product to be outstanding and it is. My only worry is that they may quit making routers and than how about updates? We will see

i'd care more about this product if i wasn't so hyped about my real estate in Barbados!

Purchased smaller apple airport worked great. Wanted faster connections so went with this one... Love it. Better faster than smaller version of the apple airport.

This is my second one I purchased. I have one at home and bought this for my office. We replaced a cheap wireless router that kept giving us problems with our connection.

I am sold on Apple products. I have other devices that are Apple brand and I would not buy anything else.

A wonderful product for reaching far and difficult areas in a large house turned bed and breakfast. Guests have no problem getting connected. Worth the price for the clarity and reach ability.

This product definitely lives up to its expectations. No more dropped internet connections, especially when we have multiple wireless devices connecting at the same time.

I love this device. I'm able to stream and surf the web at the same time without any slow down.

I vought the Extreme to replace the Express model, which was not supplying enough speed. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to make the Extreme produce output beyond 37 Mps. The incoming signal from the cable box is 47, so I should be able to get more juice out of it. Great if you are not looking for more speed.

This is a stellar product. Robust, easy to configure, works flawlessly. Apple has decided to discontinue its wireless hardware, so stock up, people!

We bought the Airport extreme in order to get better service on our mobile devises outside. It works better that some of the other routers, however I am still not satisfied with the strength when we are sitting outside. Once we figured out that you need to go to the website and download the program into your computer first, it was easy to install.

I'm using this airport extreme as my primary router. Connected to it are 3 airport express routers, which are extending the primary router network throughout my home.
