The airport app makes managing your Wi-Fi 10x easier than any other router. It’s a breeze to check whether an outage is my fault or the ISP.

The airport is great. Super configurable. I don't like that there isn't an easy way to see connected devices. I like granular control of my router and this is just one more component for extra control. But otherwise, Apple has created an app for mac, iPhone, and PC to make configuring a synch.

I previously used the Express Router, but after moving into a new home I had to upgrade to the Extreme. Works great, and boosts the signal very well.

I really like the Airport Extreme. I have it connected to a separate NetGear modem, and I haven't had any issues with it. I purchased this in July 2016.

Wi fi signals have improved significantly in my house, the app thru which you can see status of signals is cool

The router was set up and operational in a few seconds. Seems to handle multiple devices ok. The range is a few feet less than the 4 year old net gear I had and when streaming video, devices tend to buffer more than the old router. It seems to be better than a lot of the other semi-crud routers out there these days.

With the age of new things like Apple TV and the laptop,I pads I phone and nest threw the house I needed this!!

Used this in my house because I was having problem connecting with other devices and this has done the trick

I created my wifi network with two bands, private pass word protected and free open guest. Works great and nice to have all apple products in sync

Although not everyone has apple computers it works for all computers and makes the network run smoothly and efficiently

Replaced a two year old Time Capsule router with this Apple Airport Extreme product. Having problems with the strength of signal with this router/range. Still working on the issue with Apple. I want everything to interface properly with other Apple devices but the wifi range seems to be an issue.

We purchased this to support our ever growing list of devices that use WiFi. Fantastic, dependable quality Appke product that does exactly what we want.

I upgraded to this as we use many Apple products. Seems to work well but about every 2 weeks I have to reset it. Not the biggest deal and might be designed this way but I constantly have to either rename a new wifi or revert back to the last one. I usually revert back to the last one.

I needed to extend my access to my garage from my home about 100 ft away. It works like I was standing by my base unit - an apple timecapsule.

It's not as GREAT as it claims. Works fine but so do other brands. Very difficult to install - no included instructions - online is very confusing. Not the usual plug in and go hardware. I paid as much as purchase price for geek squad to install after hours of frustration trying to follow the online instructions.

Have had this router up and running for several months without interruption. It has a built in fan that keeps it cool, and the fan is almost completely silent.
