    I bought this as an Internet booster. It sent a signal but only when hooked up to an Ethernet cable. It didn't boost my signal that I could tell. I would just say make sure you know what this unit is designed to do and how to use it. I thought I could plug it into the wall near my devices and it would capture the router signal and boost it to my devices. That is not how it works. I'm not at all saying it doesn't work. I just couldn't get it to work as an Internet booster. Maybe it isn't an Internet booster at all and has some use that I don't even know about that it works great at.

    As a family of 3 with sometimes 10 devices (Roku TV's, iPhones, computers) using wifi, we needed to upgrade from our 5-year-old router. This works beautifully-though I needed some support help for set up.
