It was up and running in no time, absolutely no problems, connected to all the wireless items that seem to proliferate when we're not looking.

The Airport Extreme by Apple is easy to use. It has a great performance. It's much faster than any other router and also has a very elegant design.

Boosts WiFi throughout my 1300sqft apartment, even getting a 10mpbs signal through two hallways and numerous rooms. Also great for connecting a external hard drive to have a shared network at home to share files.

I upgraded my previous Airport Extreme with this one. Much faster and allows many more devices to connect. I noticed a significant speed increase only by adding this device and without upgrading my internet or any other factors.

Extremely easy to set up. Was up and running in a few minutes. Increased the internet speed increased by over 20 mbps. The range increased as well.

had 2 wifi routers and was barely able to cover my whole house with spotty signal in places replaced them with the extreme not only am i covering my whole house & some but massing jump in speeds setting up was extremely simple 10 min max...

Was using my cable companies modem/router combo for years and never thought to replace. Went to best buy and had every rep I spoke with highly recommended the Apple Router as a replacement. It took me a long time to get around to setting up because I kept debating about returning it due to the price point, but did it just a couple hours ago and I love it. Signal strength is amazing compared to the old one and ease of use was unbelievable.

Couldn't be easier setup. Plug it in, program a few defaults and you're good to go. It automatically detects whether it needs to be in bridged mode or not. Only downside is you need Apple products to setup, thankfully I'm an Apple guy.

This is the best router I have ever had and I have had some that were more expensive, but this is the best . My internet even works faster. If you need a router and have apple computers this is the one to buy

As with any Apple product, the set up was super fast and super easy. You basically just plug it in, and your Apple computer automatically starts setting it up. After a few simple steps you're up and running in about two minutes.

When I replace my Netgear to Apple. Love it, easy to setup, and Signal is so much better. I use my FaceTime with Apple i have no problem at all. with Netgear it been lagging lot and disconnection most of time. If you think about to buy Apple . I highly recommend buy this for FaceTime (any video phone) and gaming! Also i have Airport Express for extender. This is the best choice for using long range even using Video phone smooth real great.

Replaced and older base station with this model. Much improved signal strength and speed.

This router increased my speed 3x and was easy to set up. It is compatible with all my apple devices and decreased the buffering time on apple TV.

Have one in our basement for our wired home network and another hard wired up stairs so it will extend into the front yard so I can listen to iHeart Radio while mowing the lawn. Easy setup and very reliable too. Highly recommend.

When I was looking to purchase a router I originally intended on going with a normal router. After I researched the capabilities of this router and the fact I could buy another product to extend the range of this router I was sold!

Using a older N150 with my IMac I was running 5 to 38 Mbps. This unit was easy to install and now I run 70 Mbps and up. Outstanding. My router is upstairs at the other end of my house so this is a great improvement. it is stable.

Was looking for a wi-fi router that had better range in my house and consistent signal at 2.4 and 5 ghz. This thing works great. Super easy install using my macbook pro...and all the apple products in my home connect to it seamlessly. I tried two different range extenders that didn't work as well as this does as a homebase unit. I basically wasted time trying to be cheap. I ended up spending the money afterall so I should have just started with this unit and saved me all the time and returns.

apple doesn't disappoint. i can go outside my house and only have one bar yet still have internet that loads pretty fast. i don't have a huge apartment (1000 sq) but anywhere i go inside i have full bars. a must for any apple user

I had a standard wireless from my summit cable system. We could not figure out why we had so many problems with our system. So I tried the upgrade, sure enough it has worked great from the start. easy installation and great speed.

I purchased this router and it was pretty straight forward setting it up. For some reason after I set it up I had no internet connection. I used the setup wizard to troubleshoot the problem and it fixed the issue. I did not realize it did not support WPS ethernet devices (ONLY WPS Printers). I have several WPS ethernet adapters for devices around the house and if I kept the Apple Router I would have had to purchase separate APPLE Airport Expresses for $99 a piece. This is probably a great option for a lot of people but I wanted the ability to use Wireless Bridges to extend the range throughout my house and not be forced to buy the Apple equivalent products. Don't get me wrong, I am not against apple products, I just don't think this Router is for everyone.
