My wife and I have Apple Laptops, iPhones, and iPad and they all work very fast with this since it is 802.11ac. A must buy if you don't want to wait for your high resolution pictures to pop on your screen!

For year's I suffered thru the 2-wire gateway that At&t "gave" me. On DSL due to location, I assumed that all the glitches were normal to DSL. Well, long story short, buddy convinced me to get the airport and viola', internet that works, no resetting, signal all around the house (up to the road, a good 75 feet away), and (drum roll please) multiple users can surf at once. Apple good, 2-wire trash.

Easy to use, easy to install, it's amazing if you own apple devices but still great even if you don't own any apple products, you can download an app to control every single feature. Bottom line I'm loving it

The Base Station is very easy to setup with any iOS device. So far, it seems to have good speed and decent range. I do have one room in my house that doesn't seem to get a good signal, but rooms further away have no issue.

With the new tech features in Apple products each year, this is the upgrade needed. Night and Day difference running this one from the previous version.

I pay for 100 mb/s download but haven't ever seen it until I connected the Apple - AirPort Extreme Wireless Base Station. Now I get speeds up to 107 mb/s!!!

Great router with an easy setup. If you're familiar with and like and/or have apple products, you'll like this wifi router. It will import the network settings from your previous apple network router. I just wish it had adjustable antennae and more customizable features. It's size and shape can either be convenient or awkward depending on where you are trying to place it. Wish it was cheaper, but like all apple products it is a premium product at a premium price.

installation was a breeze. I always am concerned when I buy a component for my computer, such as wifi, that I need an engineering degree. This was not the case. Plug in, tell son to connect it, and no sweat.

I have had nothing but problems with multiple modems and routers. As soon as I connected this item my problems went away. I am now able to stream all content and hookup was a breeze. I highly recommend this.

Replaced am older under performing router with this one. Quick and easy setup. Range and speed very acceptable. Long time computer user switching to the apple product line and have no complaints on this item or other apple products. Been converted.

good coverage, easy set up, fast speed. all you need for a router. no complains what so ever.

My wifi connection was always going offline or extremely slow before, after I bought this it was so much faster, no more stalling. We have 4 smart phones, two iPads, an iMac & a imacpro, plus our smart tv's.

usually when you get a new router, its such a pain to set up, and this one was so freaking easy!!!! literally plug and play. and it works just as good as my two router set up system!!

I already have several of the previous models in my network. This was purchased as an upgrade. The range almost doubled over the previous model and administration with the Airport Utility couldn't be easier.

Hands down, the best router i have used. I had the original that lasted me more than 7 years and when i needed a new one, i did not hesitate to pick this up again. Range is great in my two story home!

I compared this router to others from Asus (AC1900) and Netgear (Nighthawk 3 antenna) that were similar in price. Checked reviews online from PC Mag and Cnet, etc. My old router (Linksys WRT160N) did not have the range and signal strength needed to conduct heavy broadband use for my work laptop while on digital conference calls (and kids on devices). The Apple Airport Extreme reaches every area of my home (including the basement), and is powerful enough to support streaming movies, work needs and kids online all simultaneously using Comcast Performance Internet (25kbps). Looks nice and is very stable (no loss of signal or resets needed that were so frequent with the other router). Very pleased and highly recommend.

I have had the standard router and was looking for a upgrade. I'm an apple user and this was the right product for me. The speeds that I get from the Wifi are 3x the speeds I got with my cisco router.

I don't know why I waited so long to purchase an Airport Extreme! This was the easiest wireless router I have ever set up - bar none. I can access it from my iPad or iPhone and it simply works. Worth the price!
