Purchased this router to extend existing network (uses same Apple Airport Extreme for primary router). Easy set up and did the trick to provide whole home coverage.

This base station is fantastic. It delivers strong internet throughout the entire house and is very easy to set up. I much prefer it over anything Linksys that I've had in past years

Bought this as a recommendation from a Best Buy staff member. It accommodates all of my 20-some devices flawlessly and doesn't even let my microwave get in its way.

I had to replace the old Airport Extreme and this one has a better range than the old one..Glad I decided on a new Apple product even though I was told there are other alternatives..

This is my second Airport Extreme at this location. The first one lasted over 7 years. This new one provides better range, fewer outages, and offers much faster speeds. I have an earlier version of this model, a little over a year-old, which is being used in another home in Florida. I am very pleased with its performance as well. I am currently running two networks on this wireless base station--one for business use, and the other for family use.

So far so good. The Apple Extreme router is easy to set up. I work both with Mac and PC and the router works GREAT, I have 5 devices working on it. I've read about it being a little noisey with the humming of the fan inside, but I haven't noticed anything... not like I'm sleeping with it. No problems at all with the range as I do have a 2 story house and the router is upstairs in a room on a desk at the far end of the house.

I was having wifi issues in the house, range was spotty at best so I opted to purchase the Apple Airport Extreme, It as the right choice! Love it! I highly recommend this product.

Added an extra wi-fi access point for the house; it took more time to take the station out of the box than it did to set it up and start using it. Works with all my wi-fi devices.

We're getting the internet 1/2 mile from home with this bast station. Previously had the smaller version and it complete died about 5 years after having it. Happy with this product

Have installed many a WiFi for clients, but this seems to be the best in terms of signal strength. Have used just one for very large houses when Netgears and Cicso's would not work

We have tried several different types of routers but the Apple seems to work the best. We love how easy set up is and works great on all our devices. Will buy same kind for family members.

This product truly is excellent. Great coverage in every nook and cranny in my home (and on my deck). Pretty easy set up. Cool looking of course as it has the Jobs design influence. Price a bit high and thus the "good" rating.

After having numerous issues with other routers (Belkin and D-Link) after using them for a few months, the Airport Extreme has been wonderful. It was easy to setup and has worked very reliably. I have also been able to connect a 4-port USB hub to the Airport Extreme and am now using it with 2 printers that are not wifi capable and a Hard Drive for Time Machine.

My old Apple Extreme went out during a thunderstorm after 8 years. Never had issues with the old one, worked great, fast speed so purchasing another Apple Extreme was a no brainer.

had a netgear r6000 series. this one is blows it away. Stronger signal, better connection larger range!

This is awesome I have a roommate who is always gaming and people are always online and we never have pRobles with slow internet!

Very stylish-looking router. Performs as you would expect, although I was hoping for a bit more range. I still have to use a range extender to cover my 2-story, 2600 sq ft house. I was hoping I would not need an extender because of "beam forming". Easy to set up. Nice UI for set up and tuning. A bit pricey but reasonable value.

It does great on range, speed and a reliable connection.

The Apple Airport Utility is relatively easy to setup, given you contact your cable provider & have them reset your modem to recognize the new device. All in all, great device!
