Great router. Works even better with macs, iPhones, iPads etc as they seem to connect at the strongest possible signal.

I once used this router to download music from over 100 yards away. A bit pricey, but well worth it if you need better Wifi coverage.

This is, by far, the best router I have ever owned. Apple made the installation very simple and the coverage in the house is fantastic. I originally tried another brand modem/router combination but it simply didn’t work. You may pay a little more for the Apple brand but it is definitely worth the money.

This router works great, and much better than the built-in one in our DSL modem. No more dropped connections. No issues with 2 iPhones, 2 MacBooks, an iPad, smart TV and Apple TV. It was a piece of cake to setup. I like the fact it notifies us when a software update is available and being able to install it via the AirPort utility.

If you are looking for a dependable router that will last, then this is the router for you.

I have used the Airport Extreme for several years, but it was time for an upgrade. Great modem, easy to setup and works very well.

I'm an apple junkie, but I did do some research on the best routers out there, and all the reviews I read about the AirPort Extreme were very positive. So, this was an easy purchase. I'm very pleased with the performance of this router. Not to mention, this router was the easiest router I've ever setup. This is a great router!

Works as advertised, fast and no issues with ability to connect external hard drive as well.

I wanted a dual band wi-fi with plenty of range. This allowed me to cover my house from first floor to the third. Highly Recommend.

Simple setup and exactly what I thought I was going to get. Replaced my linksys and my only regret is that I didn't adopt it years ago.

I had a lot of problems with setup, but turns out it was the cable company's fault. Which wasn't surprising, since we were having constant problems with my connection. Now that everything is on Apple, I can monitor the network better and see which devices are using what amount of bandwidth. I had an old Airport Express, which I am using as an extender in the far corner of the house, and that was easy to set up as well.

I wanted to upgrade from my older Airport Extreme to a faster model from Apple. Apple products are reliable, easy to use, easy to set up, and virtually hack-proof. This unit met all of my criteria and I am completely satisfied with it.

I bought this hoping it would cover my entire house (~5500 sq ft on three stories), but it doesn't. However, I am getting incredibly high speeds with my MacBook and my iPhone 5s. The connections to our multiple devices in the house are more reliable than with my older generation time capsule and extreme. Very pleased overall. Just wish Comcast was as reliable...

As usual, great quality product that delivers on its promise. Works well on all four stories of an old brick home. We needed something that could handle the volume of iPods, iPhones, iPads, smart TVs and laptops which we have in the house. It handles it all without any interruption to the downloading of streaming video. Although its pricey, it is worth the money.

I needed to replace a router which suddenly seemed to provide spotty connectivity. I researched and researched. I chose the apple for one simple reason... Ease of use. Setup is so very smooth. Range is excellent and consistent. Looks great. What else can be said which has not been said in the other reviews. You most likely cannot go wrong with this item.
