Bought this to replace an older router that did not give us coverage outside of the house on the patio. We can now use this on the patio and around the pool area where no coverage reached before.

Very easy to set up and since its Apple you know it's going to work right out of the box nothing more you have to do

Replaced a 5 year old Netgear. Airport utility on MacBook Air launched immediately, keyed in password and finished. Signal strong on iPhones even when going outside. Nice simple little green lite glows when all is well. Typical excellent well built product from Apple.

This is the third Apple Router I've purchased (for various locations).. Works just as it is intended. Easy to install.

I first bought an Apple Airport hub nearly 20 years ago after buying all sorts of brands (Linksys, etc.) which never quite worked right. The guy in the store would say such and such was a great router, then it wouldn't work at my house. I'd go back to the store and they'd suggest I buy a booster. Then one day I bought an Apple Airport hub and I never had a problem again. After 12 years it gave out; the plug failed or some connection inside. I just went in and bought the best Apple Airport hub available as a replacement. When I plugged it in it notified my iPhone that I needed to set up a network. Did that in 30 seconds and now I've got the best wi-fi router going that you can buy. I use a Windows computer. This works perfectly with it and it serves up Netflix, Amazon Prime and everything I need to my Roku lightning fast. If you buy any other type of router, chances are that you'll feel like a chump when the router doesn't live up to expectations. Just buy the Apple. It's the best.

I am a pc user but use the Apple Airport and it's extender to prpvide coverage throughout my home. It works very well.
