I have several of these and I have never once been disappointed by their performance. Easy to set up and very secure for home wi-fi, you certainly do not have to be an expert to set up this device. I would recommend it.

Ok, this is my first online review for a product ever and hopefully that speaks volumes. As much as our lives are connected to the internet wirelessly these days having a fast and reliable connection is essential, so I had to share my experience. I wish we had bought this router a long time ago. It's not cheap, but trust me it's totally worth the cost. It ridiculously easy to set up. So easy, you might waste 30 minutes trying to figure it out because, "that can be all there is to it, right?" We use it in a 2 story home and have at least 6 devices- 2 laptops, an ipad, a nook, 2 phones, Apple TV- connected to it at any given time with no issues. Also, love the ability to set up a guest network with its own password for the times we have company over. We love our tech toys, but we are not technology gurus. This product is easy to use and more than meets our needs. Highly recommend.

I've gone through many AC routers. While Apple's AirPort Extreme isn't the fastest, it makes up for slightly slower speeds with super easy setup, rock-solid stability, and long range. I'll take a few Kbps lower than an ASUS any day over flaky performance!

I bought this to replace my (very) old Airport because I was told by a Best Buy employee that it would help improve my network connectivity and speeds. It worked well for the short time I had it, but I didn't notice any improvement in connectivity / speeds, and I was still having problems with my internet service. I was told by my repair tech that this was unnecessary and that going straight from my modem would be much better. My speed improved after removing it and just going straight from the AT&T modem. If you "need" one - I think it works well. But make sure you need it before buying, as your service provider may have better solutions.

This has made the Wi-Fi in my house so much easier and more powerful than other models. With iPads iPods iPhones TVs and blu ray players all using Wi-fi everything works indoor and in the backyard with great signal strength and great speed. Worth every penny.

I originally has a Belkin, which was fine until my boyfriend moved in and we got him an Xbox. Within the day of setting up the Xbox my internet on my phone and laptop were complete useless while he was gaming or streaming shows. We decided to look into a new router and settled for this one. We are very happy with our purchase! Although it's a little pricy, it's well worth it. We contemplated getting the older version and saving about 50% on it in comparison, but ultimately newer technology will last longer due to continuous updates. The wifi on this has a very wide range and I can access it both inside and outside of my house. I'd recommend this router!

802.11AC Is The Newest In Router Technology I Was Unsure If It Was A Good Choice Or Not To Switch From 802.11n Apple Router I Had Previously Great Distance & Signal Strength Also I Currently have 10 WiFi Devices Connected On This Router

If you are looking for a SUPER product to provide fast, reliable, wireless internet to your home, this product gets an A+. It's pricier than all the other wireless systems out there, but it's worth it.

I purchased this router based on a recommendation from a friend who was using it in their house. I have found this to be a versatile router that works well with both PC and apple products, and it has a wide range in our home for picking up a strong signal..

The router works well. It was fast to set up and the range is pretty amazing.

This is the utlimate router and works beautifully with every device I've connected to it. The range and strength are vastly improved. Some of the new devices that support 802.11ac speeds paired with this and they are blazing fast. Definitely worth the cost

I have been using Apple products for years and have previously used an Airport and went with another brand later. I've come back to the airport and am very happy. The setup and management is easy secure and the signal is great.

I replaced an ASUS R66 with this router and overall it is decent. I like the fact that it connects seamlessly with all my Mac devices and you can add Airport Express devices as access points for large coverage areas. With that said, as a standalone router, the Asus R66 is a superior product, with longer range and a much better admin console. You cannot access this router via IP address like all normal routers, which is frustrating. You have to use the AirPort Utility, which is a little annoying, but does the job OK.
