A very good update for quick and strong wifi. Easy to set up and work. A huge improvement over an old timecapsule that was not as strong signal wise and this one has more bandwidth to run more devices and stream with - A plus !!

This replaced my Netgear Nighthawk that finally went, and so far I’ve had fast connections on all of my (many) wireless devices. Not much control over advanced settings, but very simple to setup, and works reliably

Admittedly, I'm a Mac guy. But, having suffered through a few months using a PC-based router, I'm so happy to be back with an Apple product. Not only is the signal stronger, the network is so easy to monitor, expand, and update a monkey could do it.

Purchased my Airport Extreme for two purposes. First, I wanted to boost my wireless internet speeds. Second, I needed additional ethernet ports in my home office. My internet provider installed my wireless router in the garage, so this was the best solution for both problems I needed to solve. If you are tech savvy, you can use this as a sole wireless router and not a bridge.

The Extreme is very fast and when combined with my Airport Express gives me full coverage in a house of nearly 5,000 sq. ft. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stronger, faster router.

We were having trouble with our router keeping up with 5 kids and 2 adults trying to use wifi at the same time. We were having to reset it nearly every day. We purchased AirPort Extreme at the recommendation of a BB staff member and we love it! Haven't had any problems with it and haven't had to reset it at all in the 2 months that we have been using it. Great decision!

This router works just like the guy said it would. It is easy to install. When you install it, you need to make sure it is not by other electronic devices like a cordless phone etc. It works well if it is not obstructed by other electronics. We're pretty happy with it considering we have 3 smart phones, 2 smart TVs, 4 iPads, and a very big house.

Provides great coverage for our 1 bedroom apartment (1200 sq ft). Additionally, we use a lot of wireless devices and have had multiple visitors stay over and the base seems to cover access for all people and their wi-fi devices. If in a larger or two story apartment, I would recommend getting a second or extender base as recommended by a Best Buy associate.

I purchased this router for both its ethernet and wifi features. Since switching to the Airport Extreme from my (probably dying) linksys, my ethernet Netflix streaming rate increased from about 1.5 Mbps (unusable) to 15 Mbps. I also like how quickly my other apple devices (iPhone, iPod, and MacBook) detect / join this WiFi when they are risen from sleep, booted, etc.

I got this router to replace a dying Linksys. I wanted better coverage of my entire house, as the old one had some dead zones. This router covers the entire house with solid signals. Easy to set up on my Mac, the Apple Airport Utility worked perfectly.
