Honestly I can't believe how well this product works . Literally his should be the only module for houses that are big for it to be used . It works fast and it's so smooth

Wish I could give this 4.5 stars. The main reason it gets a ding is the price. And this is coming from an Apple user of 15+ years. That said, this is a great plug and play wireless solution with super speed and outstanding range. Apple's Airport Utility makes it super simple to set up and use as a main hub or for extending your network. It just WORKS.

This router was easy to install, and I have good signal throughout the house. The airport utility is helpful in setting it up. If internet is lost it resets itself quickly.

It's a shame Apple is stopping making these because they're great! The 802.11ac speeds are fantastic and setup is a breeze through AirPort utility. No complaints.

If you have Apple equipment, this is clearly the way to go. Much improved on previous models, just plug it in- it works. Also is callable of upgrading itself after placing in services, a nice touch.

I initially bought a lynksis, netgear nighthawk and unfortunately both of them dropped wifi signals 10 to 15 times a day. I did research and they were the best of the best. The Airport was my third choice so after returning both I got the Airport and I haven't been happier. Comes with firewall built in, easy setup, and holds wifi signals like a champ. I have it in the middle of my living room and most people come and compliment me on how good it looks. So overall it is an attractive, reliable powerhouse of a router.

This was so easy to set up as all I did was plug it into my old Airport Extreme Base station and it just took the settings. The range is much farther than the prior version and it always connects.

Hands down, this is the best router you can buy to take care of all your wireless needs. Excellent range and no hassle installation make it best in its class! Well worth the money.

This is my second Extreme, I have one for two locations - very easy to install and set up my wifi network. It also greatly extended the range of signal over my Express.

Replaced old airport extreme base with this one, they're identical and easy to set up as long as you have a Mac.

I had an Air Port Express which worked great. As we added wireless devices this past year (total of seven now) the wireless network became considerably slower. I replaced the Express with the Air Port Extreme and wow, what a difference. Our wireless network speed increased significantly.

If you need a simple to set up wireless router, this one is it! I have had many routers over the years. This one so far hasn't let me down. Easy setup, great signal, no problems!

Works exactly as I'd hoped. I need a new router because my old was just not able to handle the traffic on the network anymore. I researched a few different different models but ultimately decided on this one because I am able to connect a 1tb hard drive and use it as a wireless drive throughout the house. It's able to connect different products on different frequencies in order to optimize speed. I haven't had any problems yet. Our household is usually consistently streaming video on two different tv's, running multiple tablets and laptops. I also use for business, uploading and downloading constantly through Dropbox.

If you need a great router look no further. This is very easy to set up and maintain. If you have an iPhone, iPod, or an iPad, there's an application so you can check the status and configure this router in minutes. All firmware updates can also be done in this manner as well. If you have friends that come over and they need internet access, this router has a guest network so they will not have any access to your network. Great for maintaining security. You can also hook an external hard drive to this router and all of your devices connected to your network will have access to it. Apple makes great products and this is no exception. Go with this router and you will love it.

I replaced an original Apple Airport Extreme with this one (latest model) and have noticed a much stronger signal reaching further around our house and higher Internet speeds.

Strong, especially for Apple products. My kids Apple phones no longer have wifi drops!

Had a huge speed increase and a quick setup. My Apple and non-Apple devices are working great. If I only could make Comcast better if be in great shape! I recommend this router

Works as advertised. Extremely easy to set up, very well made. We bought two and when setting up it was very simple to expand the wireless network to the second unit. Very well designed product.

I purchased this product after my previous router had crashed. Unlike that product, the AirPort Extreme was extremely easy to set up. It is reliable and perfectly compatible with my iMac.
