Best computer I’ve ever owned fast smooth price is fair for all the power this thing has only negative is you do need to buy a monitor and keyboard and mouse but if you have a tv or something you’ll be fine just make sure to read the fine print

For the price this base model is the best computer on the market! As long as your ok with putting up with apple's crap! I couldnt sign into my apple account that I hadn't used in 5 years because i dont have an iphone. Even though I could verify my phone number and email because i didnt have an iphone I had to wait 10 days... so stupid.

Fast, quiet, and doesn't take up much space. I use this as my everyday machine for browsing (email, social media, etc.) Not having USB type A ports is something you need to take into account though.

I had heard that 2024 model might get some upgrades over 2023 model so I waited a couple of months. 2024 model jumped from M2 to M4 chip and from 8GB to 16GB, while keeping the same price point. We added a 49" 5k screen and we now have a screaming set up. Adding all of the old account information from the previous iMac was a breeze.

If you've never had a Mac, there is a big learning curve, Not even 6" x 6" square so you save a lot of space. Powerful little machine. Bad thing is it doesn't come preloaded with free card games -- lol. They are a little(lot) pricey.

You can argue if a Mac is better than a Windows PC, and I leave it for you to decide that yourself, but this new Mac mini is an excellent entry level model. It has the same idiosyncratic limitations that neither RAM nor SSD can be easily upgraded. Those are expensive options when purchasing. External SSD at least now has faster ports to work with, but MacOS is not integrating it well as external devices are for data storage. Overall performance is great, considering the size and price. For serious work I am still deploying a Windows 11 PC, but this is a great entry level computer with plenty computing power for that.

It worked really well. I just tend to use my iPad more. Will probably buy again in the future.

Great computer was worried 16gig was not enough but it is fast and has no issues.

I love it, has been running almost 24/7! Mining only 3~4 KHz I think. I not mathematically inclined between letters K and M. Not the greatest miner, but what it does it does not make my room hot! It generates heat, but is self contained it doesn't try to burn you when you touch it with your palms, but is warm to hot. I don't live in snow wish I did though. Because I would if i did go outside, cup of snow and put it next to it. Easy peazy that way but I live in Anaheim, CA The amenity there is Disneyland. I live in a field of imagination and dreams coming true. I was able to get xmrig on it. It works. I think right now its 2 million to get $25 bucks. Bitcoin is now a commodity in USA albeit while other political happenings are occuring. God is not without care. And no I did not get apple care because I am not God.

Upgraded from my older M1 mini, performance is greatly improved! Apps open faster and operation is much smoother. Even Apple TV is snappy on this! Much needed improvement to my home computing needs!
