The size and design are amazing. It’s incredibly small and sleek, fitting seamlessly into my workspace without taking up much room. Despite its compact form, this device is a true workstation. The M4 chip ensures lightning-fast performance, whether I’m multitasking, editing videos, or running other high performance applications. The 16GB of memory and 256GB SSD provide great speed and storage for my everyday activities. I was pleasantly surprised by how effortlessly it handles everything I throw at it, all while running extremely quiet. Highly recommended for those in need of a powerful, efficient, and great designed computer at a very good price.

I never thought I'd switch from Windows but with the release of Windows 11, it was an easy move (or at least as easy as moving to 11) The power packed into this little cube is impressive. The OS manages the ram very well so 16GB works great. It comes with 3 Thunderbolt USB-C ports so thumb drives run faster than old hard drives. I always use my laptop with a dock running a full sized keyboard and mouse with external monitor. So, this is a great replacement and i don't have to worry about breaking the screen on a laptop or damaging the keyboard. I bought a power station that will provide the A/C current it needs, for over 8 hours. I do wish it could run using power from its Thunderbolt ports. Maybe in the next model. At home, big screen TV as a monitor. On the road, the TV in the hotel room. In the truck, xr glasses. It's great. It has an M4 processor that has handled everything I've thrown at it without breaking a sweat. Im amazed that they fit this much in a little box for under $500.

Picked this up as a spare desktop to keep at a remote location, but it honestly performs so well it’s starting to compete with my main setup. The new M4 chip is lightning fast, and I haven’t hit a single hiccup yet running multiple apps, editing media, or handling remote sessions. The form factor is classic Mac mini, small enough to hide behind a monitor or tuck on a shelf, but don’t let the size fool you. This thing is an absolute powerhouse. It boots up instantly, stays quiet under load, and sips power compared to a traditional desktop. Apple really packed some serious muscle into a sleek little box. If you need a dependable and surprisingly powerful machine for work, creative tasks, or even as a travel-friendly setup, this Mac mini delivers far more than expected.

I tried to test the mac and I can proudly say that it sucks. (there is 1 plus, my headphones and Wi-Fi did not need to be connected because it is one ecosystem.) CONCLUSION: we throw it into a box of junk.

I recently upgraded to the latest model of the Apple Mac mini Desktop, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This powerhouse, equipped with the M4 chip, truly showcases Apple's commitment to innovation and performance. The M4 chip, built specifically for Apple Intelligence, delivers lightning-fast processing speeds and seamless multitasking capabilities. Whether I'm editing high-resolution videos, running complex software, or simply browsing the web, the Mac mini handles it all with ease. The 16GB of memory ensures that even the most demanding applications run smoothly without any lag. I was particularly impressed with the 256GB SSD, which offers ample storage space and incredibly fast data access. Booting up the system and launching applications is almost instantaneous, making my workflow more efficient than ever. The compact design of the Mac mini is another highlight. It fits perfectly on my desk without taking up much space, yet it packs a punch in terms of performance. The sleek and minimalist design is a perfect match for any modern workspace. Overall, the Apple Mac mini Desktop with the M4 chip is a fantastic investment for anyone looking for a powerful, reliable, and stylish desktop computer. I highly recommend it!

Had an old PC that couldn't upgrade to Windows 11 due to the requirements. Decided to skip Windows and go with macOS. It wasn't a daily use PC so decided on this Mac Mini with the M4 chip. Works absolutely flawlessly. I don't do anything strenuous on this one but everything I do is super fast, haven't come close to maxing out the 16gb of ram nor the SSD. My only issue was that it only had USB-C but that isn't a "problem" or "con" to the machine. I just didn't have any keyboards or mice with USB-C. Ended up buying a new non-Apple bluetooth mouse and used a USB-A to USB-C adapter for my keyboard. Both worked great. Honestly, no complaints whatsoever. Great price for what you get and would recommend to anyone looking for an everyday computer that doesn't require ram or hard drive space-eating software.

Bought my Mac mini a few weeks ago and loving it. Super fast with the M4 chip, great performance in all of my editing (writing, photo, video, etc) and other needs, very easy setup, very compact and easy to take on the go if you need to. It's been a perfect replacement from my last MacBook. Still can't believe how much power it has in such a small desktop. Highly recommend for Apple users!

The 2025 Mac mini is basically the perfect small desktop if you want serious power without the giant tower. The new M4 chip is fast, multitasks smoothly, and handles photo/video editing, coding, and everyday work without breaking a sweat. It’s quiet, tiny, and has enough ports to build whatever setup you want. Just keep in mind: you’ll need your own monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and the base storage fills up fast if you work with big files so consider SSD or external drive storage. Also, once you pick your RAM and storage, you’re stuck with it, though the base model is more than plenty for daily multitasking. Overall, if you want a compact, affordable Mac that feels fast and modern for almost everything except heavy 3D/GPU work, this is a great choice.

The new Mac mini with M4 chip has amazing power and speed in such a small device. I use it as my main workstation for office work and also as my main gaming machine. With the 16GB RAM it is more than powerful enough to play games. I added a 1TB external drive to store all of my games and the transfer speeds are great! It is one of the best values offered by Apple.

Great deal! Best Buy Price matched MicroCenter, offering this at $499! For the power, it can't be beat. It's such a tiny computer that it has remade me think my desk layout and made me willing to ditch one of my laptops given its smooth performance. I also snagged a cheap LG Gaming monitor from Best Buy at the same time and it connects and works flawlessly. I wasn't sure if the M4 could handle the super high refresh rate on the gamin monitor but it does so with no hiccups. Overall, I had a Mac mini many years ago and never saw much point in getting another one, but the value of this with the 16gb of ram and strong performance changed my mind. I just keep a portable drive plugged into it at all times for extra storage. Don't pay the Apple Tax for just a little more storage, just use your own drives. It's a desktop.

This tiny computer is amazing—and for the price, it can't be beat! After a lifetime of using Windows PCs, I finally made the switch, and I couldn't be happier. The Mac Mini is incredibly quiet and powerful. It actually took me a while to get used to not hearing fans constantly running in the background! While there's a bit of a learning curve for anyone new to macOS, give it some time and you'll be thrilled with your decision. It's a fantastic computer at a great value.

I've gone back and forth between getting a MacMini OR continue to use my MacBook Pro as a desktop solution. Basically, did I want to continue plugging/unplugging the USB-C and HDMI cables everyday on my MacBook? The answer was NO. Almost a year later, I decided to pick-up the latest base model MacMini M4. I've been using it for almost a month. Performance: I have not experienced any performance issues when comparing it to my MacBook Pro M3 Pro. I've used the MacMini for photo editing, Xcode, Android Studio, my work virtual desktop, playing music, web browsing all at the same time without issues. I underestimated the performance of the base M-series chips. The Pro chip models will most likely be needed for heavier loads like video editing and large 3d design. I've tested the following monitors separately: LG 4K Ultragear 27GP950, LG Ultrafine 22MD4KA, and Dell 34in -S3423DWC. I had no issues with any of the monitors. Storage: I haven't had any issues with the base model storage because of my external storage. Size/Form Factor/Other: The MacMini is incredibly small and quiet. I think I heard the fan once when I decided to run a bunch of applications at once to see how far I can push the MacMini. Yeah, the power button is on the bottom. It's not a big deal for me. I'm very satisfied with the purchase of the MacMini. I no longer worry about the wear and tear on my MacBook Pro's ports. MacBook Pro is still being used as intended... a portable device. If you are looking for a small form factor desktop for basic web browsing to photo editing to light programming, this little guy might be what you need.

The Mac mini is so perfect* Takes up less room then a regular computer it’s compact and it’s fast no big towers to find space for all you need is a table top and a monitor. Mouse and keyboard then your good to go, this little mini is an Apple computer by all standards as good as one costing over $1,000 no issues! leave a monitor at work one at home and just plug and go compact for home and work small enough to put in a brief case and take with you the same awesome apps and features of a full size Apple desk top or laptop

Possibly The Best Apple Computer Ever

I've been a PC person since the 70's. As of June '25, I finally became a Mac user. Don't shy away some it's compactness. Processing is fast. Video is sharp, crisp. The audio is very impressive. The M4 can also support most Google apps, and with a 3rd party product, you can run windows apps. YouTube videos can provide lots of help. I used cloud services to copy PC data files to the M4. Warning: The M4 does not come with any input devices. I connected an existing keyboard and mouse. But have upgraded to the latest Logitech S series mouse and keyboard. I'm thinking about a touchpad. I've added a expansion device with additional USB ports, a 2nd HDMI port, NVMe port, and micro sim card slots. Overall, the Mini M4 is a great "starter" system, containing more power than most users will ever need. Customize it for you particular needs. And the Mini is so quiet. No loud PC fans.
