We live in a townhouse and this little apple computer is small and powerful. It doesn't take up a lot of space. I was able to reuse my old desk top flat screen. I got it on sale so that made it a little better.

I love my Mac Mini easy setup and has a lot of power for a unit

Great small format computer. Runs Windows 7 with Apple's Boot Camp perfectly. Boot Camp setup could have a little better instructions (temporary wired keyboard and wired mouse needed). Running two monitors, one off of HDMI and a second with the Display port to HDMI adapter.

If you are tired of bulky desktop, but still would like to have it as an alternative to a laptop, then this is the option for you. It's super easy to set up and use. It takes very little space, but very powerful.

So, this is my first apple computer product. I have been a long time iPhone user, but this is the first actual Mac computer that I have ever owned and I am extremely happy. The mac mini has a bunch of really cool features. For example your text messages come through the computer and you can reply to them just as if you were texting on your phone. You can also do facetime via the webcam. Granted you there is skype, but you have to log in and the other party has to be at their computer etc.. Facetime i can be at my mac mini and my dad (fellow iphone user) can be wherever walking about - and we can video chat. I really like the onboard email app too. It's seamless and effortlessly supports multiple email accounts - I have 3-4. The file system takes some getting used to, and my Logitech Bluetooth keyboard and mouse lose some function (hotkeys don't carry over) that I had set up on my pc previously. And the 'command' / 'CNTL' key quirks I'll have to learn. But other than that it seems like a pretty solid machine; which is why I purchased it. I was tired of having issues with my old pc. I'm not saying that I won't have any issues with the mac mini (i bought the apple protection plan) but if my iPhone is any barometer - I think I'll be happy with the quality in the long run.

Quite fast but sometimes safari gets stuck. Functions just like a Desktop (well it is a desktop) with 1 TB of storage. the price is on the high side but that's what you should expect from Apple products. I bought this bec. I got tired of lugging around my MacBook pro. All I got to do is hook this up to a monitor and keyboard mouse and it's good to go. I just keep monitors in all 3 offices and this arrangement works for me. For quick internet stuff I still have my iPad which works just fine for me.

I have played w/ the best of the best Mac computers and this is definitely up there. For the average person NOT using the photoshops and such, this is a great machine. As long as you have a modern TV and an HDMI cable, you're good to go. I would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this for my husband as an upgrade frm his very old MacBook. We paired it with a Dell monitor & saved a ton of money by not buying the entire Apple setup. It's worked great for him so far and we couldn't be happier!

All the greatness of an Apple desktop and cost less to purchase than the normal desktop. Was able to purchase the Mac Mini, 40" monitor, keyboard, and mouse for a $100 cheaper than the same size iMac with 21.5" display.

I replaced a WIndows laptop with the Mac Mini. I already had a monitor and keyboard so the cost outlay was very reasonable for a Mac product. The switch from PC to Mac was painless as was the migration of items from the PC. Very happy with the performance thus far.

excellent choice, fits in minimum space, works like a charm

I have this hooked up to my smart tv. It is a great computer. Very fast and also small and light. It also doesn't get hot. I have always been a windows user, but switched to Mac as I love my iPod touch and every one had great things to say about their Mac computers. It has been pretty easy to learn to use so far. I love this computer!

We run a CRM product only on this Mac Mini. It's a great size; we put it in the closet with the cheap monitor and it's a perfect server. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a really well priced server. We don't have multiple applications running on it so I can't comment on that - we just run the one application.

Got this computer because my parents had one before me and it works very fast and gets the job done. You don't have to buy all the apple accessories for it like the keyboard or apple moniter. Just buy the dell moniters which are half the price, they work perfect!

Computer works great, really benefits from the much more powerful processor and double ram from the entry level Mac mini, I do some light video editing and gaming and it handles everything just fine. Just be prepared the graphics built in leaves a lot to be desired but other than that works great for me

I purchased the Mac Mini as a platform for my home recording hobby. I've owned Apple products in the past and currently have an iPhone and iPad: I've found them all to be well made, long lasting and user friendly. The Apple Care Support is very good. The Mac Mini was easy to set up and has served my needs perfectly.

The Mac Mini (or mini Mac as I call it) is a great all purpose computer. You MUST buy a USB3 hub if you have more than 4 peripherals. I also recommend the wireless Apple keyboard and mouse or trackpad which will add $69 each to your purchase. The Mini can be set up in your entertainment center and connects to both monitors and TVs through an HDMI cable. This makes it a great addition to your entertainment center if you add a bluray burner to the package which BestBuy has at a reasonable price. ALL common peripherals are plug and play, making setup a snap once you have configured the machine. At about 7" square, it can fit behind a flat panel TV. All of your media will be accessible on your TV and the only thing you might want extra is a set of high quality speakers if you are using it as your entertainment system. All in all, a great machine with a small footprint.

First purchased a hp chrome box, loved it but wasn't able to put iTunes on it and do everything I wanted. Gave it to my brother and stepped up to the Mac mini. Love it. Does everything I need. Probably haven't tapped into a quarter of what it can do.
