I wanted a watch and a fitness tracker all-in-one so I did a little bit of research into what would fit best. I also have an iPhone and would like the device to work along side with it. After looking at the Microsoft Band, and the Fitbit Surge along with the price, the extra ~$150 was worth it for the native integration with iOS. With watchOS 2 and limited notifications (email, text, Slack), I get around 23 hours of usage before needing to charge it. If I sleep with the watch, a quick 30 minute charge in the morning while I shower/eat brings it up 40-50%; enough for the entire day. I've had it for about a month now and no dings or scratches to the screen or the aluminium. I wipe it down from time to time since it does get kind of sticky from the sweat trying to achieve the activity goals. I've lost ~5 pounds (~1.2 lbs/week) already and feel great. The watch allows me to be conscious with what I eat and what I do during the day to maintain a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. It's expensive but it works really well if you're already sucked into Apple's ecosystem of hardware/software.

Good product that is easy to use. Apple has done it again with the ease of the applications. However, a couple of things to consider. It has to be fairly close to the phone. For example, some ranges within my house are too far for the Bluetooth to connect. The voice functionality is very good for the phone portion of the watch. If I was using this only as a sport (heartrate) watch it would not be as good as others that I've had. However, a great watch for what it does.

The 38mm is the perfect size for those of us with small wrists. The screen is very responsive and does everything it's been touted to do. My only complaint is that the heart monitor functions are slow and not accessible to other apps as far as I can tell like my Nike+ which make it pretty unusable for that feature.

The watch is everything she wanted and more. She had used several different FitBits but they weren't exactly what she wanted. The watch is great for helping track fitness. It also lets her read and send messages from the watch. I know there are so many more features but these are the two she uses most frequently.

This watch is so versatile. I love the fitness tracker. It inspires me to do more. I love changing the watch face everyday and the ease of answering calls on the watch. The only con is that your iPhone has to be fairly close for it all to work. I lost connection when I left my phone in the house and went outside.

I'm not a person who wears a watch, but I figured this would be perfect while in a meeting. It's better than looking at my phone as some might find that rude. All it takes is a simple glimpse and I can tell who is calling me, texting me, emailing me etc. Also a great tool for working out and tracking my exercise and movement goals. I wish the speaker was a little better. When I pick up a call from the watch, the caller cannot hear me. Otherwise I would recommend!!

I love my new rose gold Apple Watch I got for Christmas from my parents..!! Best Buy made it so easy for them to buy it..!!! Love the Black strap that my Mom got me also. Going to buy the white strap for Spring. Want to get the Apple air notebook for my birthday in March. Watching when the price goes down...!!!

We got this as a birthday gift for a friend who has expensive taste. She is a realtor and appearance is extremely important for her. Often she will not wear something if it does not match her "style". This watch color is really pretty and definitely approved by a person who is extremely picky with what she wears.

This was the splurge that I bought myself this year and I have bee very satisfied with it. I do recommend that you purchase some type of charging station because it can fall off of the night stand very easily. It is also not very comfortable charging on the go, so I recommend taking care of that at night. I'm still figuring out all the features but so far I really like it. It keeps up with daily physical activity and heart rate and is very handy for quick texting.

Works great with the iPhone. Use it as much or as little as you want to. You can spend hours discovering new features or customizing the watch face with what they call complications. Would be even more useful if it could pair with iPad or other devices. Perhaps next iOS version will address this shortcoming. Other than that, just want to comment that the 38mm size is a bit small for most grownups. The watch end up being a present for my daughter who is very happy.

I purchased the Apple Watch for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. One of the best purchases I've made, And the service and explaining the product that I received from Best Buy was priceless. I never thought that I would get that much help from any retailer. Best Buy is the place to buy your electronics.

Love my Apple Watch! The rose gold color with lavender band looks amazing. The Apple Watch makes my life so much easier. Being able to see texts, make calls and access my apps without taking my phone out is so convenient. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the battery life is not very good.

I was so nervous about purchasing this item, but I love this watch. My co-worker had it and told me about your open box items, and I must admit. This is the best purchase I have ever made. I am completely happy and loving me some best buy!!!

I got addicted to this within a few days for the calendar, phone and email alerts, and activity rings. It also does more apart from the iPhone than I thought - music, calendar, most activity tracking. I got it now because the watch fall2016 upgrade looked minimal, so I'll keep it thru the spring2017 release or later. Also like the comfortable band, as I usually don't wear a watch. Had 1 frustrating incident where watch battery ran out of power overnite (oops I forgot) and went into power-save (black screen) mode, so I charged then reset the watch per user manual, but still wouldn't re-pair w phone -- the secret was to soft reset the iPhone, then it re-paired w no problems.

Got this for my wife as a gift. She isn't always able to answer her cell phone when people text or call her when she's at work. This lets her know who is texting or calling and can respond quickly without being on her phone. I can also send sketches or my heartbeat to her since I have an Apple Watch too.

Great product. The only thing I would really like to see an improvement in is the battery life. I've turned off a lot of the notifications to help save battery but still usually does not make it through the whole day. Also the health monitor aspect could use some expansion but overall works okay. Definitely satisfied with my purchase but could use some improvement.

I was not totally sold on the Apple Watch - until I had one! I am a newbie to Apple - used Android phones for years. I purchased an iPhone 6s and an iPad mini 4 about six months ago; and then my Apple Watch a couple of months later. It really has made communicating, as well as tracking workouts, activity, weather, my calendar, etc., so much easier! I am hooked on it at this point! I also didn't think I would wear it with the Antique White band so much, but I wear that band most of the time. It is really sharp looking. The only thing I wish it would allow is for me to wear it in the water, e.g., when I swim or shower. Otherwise, it is a very useful tool - and it looks nice!

It is easy to use and does what Apple promises. The quality is excellent, both of the watch itself and the wristband.

I am working in the lab. Most time, I spend in the bench. If I have a phone call, then I have to stop the works and remove my gloves to check my phone. However, after I bought this watch, I can check easily through the watch. I can decide to easy to get or not. It is really good for a lab worker like me.

Better than expected. The speaker is great when I answer a call. Easy to use. Comfortable, I have never wore a watch before and I am in my 40's. I recommend it very useful. I purchased some bling things for it, like a nice band and rhinstone face cover. Only complaint not femine enough but I fixed that!
