Loving My Apple Watch
I originally tried to purchase my watch back in December but this one was unavailable. Had to wait until more came in and the wait was worth it. The watch is awesome. Comes with all the apps I need and new apps are always becoming available. Love that it matches my IPhone 6s in gold. It just about eliminates me using my phone. Love when I get a call and my phone is in my purse, I don't have to dig for it and instead just accept the call on my watch. Keeps me up to date with my emails and my messages are right here for me. I don't have to wear my Fitbit any longer because I have the fitness app right on my watch that reminds me to perform my fitness routines throughout the day. If you are thinking about buying one just do it, you will definitely love this watch. Well worth the money spent and fashionable as well. Apple did a great job with this one!

My wife's Christmas Present on Black Friday
We were in Ocala,FL and went to the BB there on Black Friday, because to try to go to one in Miami is just stupid with all the people here,especially at Thanksgiving, anyway, it was a $100 off, so $249.00. She doesn't need the stainless steel body (like I do) because she doesn't work in a physical environment. She really really likes it. I got her the Roas Gold because it's a feminine thing, and we are >45 yrs old, so we aren't doing the club scene like 15 years ago (which black would probably have been her color then to match outfits). It's a great watch, works with her iPhone 6 and she has gotten used to answering calls and talking to her watch just like Dick Tracy...or sending replies back on text real quick when she's at work. It is the BEST thing you can get if you use Apple stuff.

Classy, cool watch
I loved my Moto 360, but functionally it was extremely limited on iOS. Naturally, I looked at the Apple Watch as a replacement. I initially purchased the sports model, but exchanged it for the stainless steel model due to the more upscale look of the SS. Aesthetically, the watch is beautiful and the stainless steel casing really stands out. The sports band looks alright, but feels nice against the skin. I would recommend upgrading to a leather or stainless steel band to really make the watch stand out from the crowd. They have really affordable, 3rd party options online and in stores. If you have experience with smartwatches, the Apple Watch won't be a totally foreign experience. Essentially, the major interactions are: receiving notifications, fitness tracking capabilities, accessing and using apps on a basic level, controling music, reading and responding (through pre written messages or voice) to emails and text messages, and reading the time, date, weather, calendar and other vital info. It's important to remember that all smartwatches at this point are complimentary devices, not standalone devices or mini smartphones. If you expect more, you'll probably be disappointed with the Apple Watch. But if see it for what it is, you'll love it, like me, and look forward to wearing it every day.
