Easy to set up. I am getting more bandwidth out of our cable system than previous modem. It is nice to have room to go up to 2GB in the future.

Nothing much to say beyond strong performance and stability. Only thing to say is that it gets decently warm, but haven’t seen any impact to performance.

activating this modem on xfinity was very simple. Download speeds are better than xfinity xFi. When I had 1200/40 service with xfinity, this was the modem to have. But, after upgrading to 2000/200 service is when the problems started. Download speeds are still better than xFi, but the upload speed would not upgrade and remained stuck at 40 gbps. I spent so much time with xfinity support and they could not get it to increase. I read the forums, many people are having the same problem. In the end, xfinity has not approved this device for faster uploads than 40 gbps. I do not know if this is a conspiracy or if it is a legitimate hardware limitation. But, for the top xfinity data plan, you'll need something else (like G54)

I don’t have a gigabit connection, but decided on this device based on its reviews. I use Cat 8 cabling and a combination of hard wired and wireless connections in my network. I bought this to replace another, older Arris modem that started hiccuping after 4 years. This modem initialized faster by about 15 seconds and allowed me to squeeze almost 600 Mbps from my cable connection when previously I was topping out a little over 400. A possible explanation is that it has better processing. By all means get this if you have gigabit internet - I don’t in my area. I am happy I bought this product.

We bought this after our original modem (8 yrs old) passed away. Runs great, fast connections, Haven't looked back since.

So it was on the pricey side but well worth it. This modem is lightning speed and will keep you ready for the future. I absolutely love it and would recommend it. However, as more modems become available with this capacity I would expect some price drop because it was a lot for a modem.

This device is getting the job done. My last device had a router and cable modem. Wi-Fi got left behind. Nice to be modular. Easy setup.

Great so far, works with Optimum cable in NY (they didn't even ask me what modem when I called, they only wanted the MAC). Provisioned in like 3 minutes, was pleasantly surprised. Speed has been great, getting what I paid for.

It can handle GB speeds and never loses connection. Does not take up a lot of space. Very happy with this modem.

This was really easy to setup and get connected to my internet service. So far I’ve had zero issues with it and have been able to run multiple devices with no loss of speed.

This arris modem works for our xfinity service. I like how compact arris has gotten with their house modems. It does the job well, highly recommend!

Easy to install, can use mobile app to register purchase. Was connect to ISP (Wowway) and be up and running with no issues. Interesting that there is only one LED compared to the older connection LEDs.

This was a great replacement for my aging modem and allowed me to access greater speeds from my service provider. Extremely easy to set up and get running. No hiccups. I have very limited tech skills and luckily didnt need to use my limited skills. Follow the simple 4 or 5 steps included in the packaging and you are good.

Worked flawlessly. Setup went smoothly with xfinity (performed everything online, no phone calls needed). Was on 600 mbit plan and saw same connection speed as before. Then upgraded to Gigabit plan (also online). Within minutes was running on those speeds. Using 2.5Gbit Ethernet port on the cable modem (and the rest of the home network supporting), saw around 1.2Gbit speeds from the gig plan. In the month since installation, everything has been perfectly stable, meaning no reboots have been necessary and no unexpected network drops. Modem appears very stable. Modem also connects very quickly as compared to some previous models.

Easy Set Up Out Of The Box Not Sure About All The Specifications But Probably Faster Then My Previous Motorola SB6121

I ordered it and was shipped next day which was fast ! Set up was extremely easy. Called RCN and gave them MAC address and my internet is connected! The speed has been a little higher than the old one.

Replacement for an Xfinity rental. It has worked flawlessly for over a month. Fairly easy setup, had to have Xfinity authorize it. The speeds are just as good as with the Xfinity rented modem. Great purchase.

Solid device. No issues with speed or connectivity. Just a note, if you plan on using both ports concurrently, you’ll need to have 2 IP addresses assigned from your ISP. 2.5Gbps port is every bit as advertised.

I bought it because the old modem stopped working and Comcast was phasing it out. Easy to set up. Does run warm, so make sure you have it someplace with some good air circulation.
